    Amazing co didn’t process...

    Amazing co didn’t process my reservation so we did not receive any clues or the good we purchased. I’m currently trying to get a refund from the company but so far they have not been much help. I was charged for the event and have confirmation and booking number but they are still trying to find me in their system. I’ve always had good experiences when booking with viator so I’m not sure how this one went so wrong.
