We had great time on our tour of Lucerne with Mark. We saw the Church of St. Leodegar, an architectural marvel that dates back to the 17th century. Next, we ventured to the iconic Lion Monument, a hauntingly beautiful sculpture that exudes both strength and melancholy. We also walked along both the charming Kapellbrücke, or Chapel Bridge, a symbol of Lucerne and the lesser-known but equally enchanting Spreuerbrüke. Having the tour in a tuk tuk was very helpful to maximize time at all of the sites while also getting to see the cute streets of the old town. Mark was fantastic and very informative.

This tour was fantastic! We did this tour on our first day in Lucerne and basically saw “everything” from the comfort of the tuk tuk! We were then able to visit all the cites on our own, at our own pace, but this tour gave us a comprehensive understanding of Lucerne. We were even able to enjoy some chocolate and sparking wine!

What an amazing trip around Lucerne! We made stops at all of the touristy spots but then made some stops in the less touristy spots. I highly recommend this experience!

This tour is a must. The tuktuk experience is very unique and it can get to locations no other vehicles can. The tour is a wealth of knowledge you can’t get from anyone else but only from a long term local who knows everything (and seemingly everyone) in town. He’s a very interesting and funny guide! His experience comes through not only in the knowledge of Lucerne but the ability to modify the tour on-the-fly (we told him we didn’t need to see one place) and keep it operating like clockwork (he got us to a very time sensitive part of the tour right on time and I didn’t even think about it until later). He also recommended a restaurant to us that was our favorite in all of Switzerland and a great memory. We already went to the bridges on our own but he told us so much history about them you just can’t get from looking at them or trying to look it up online. Someone tried to book a tour while we were on it because it was clear that it was awesome but he advised the gentleman to go through the proper channels (the apps, websites, etc). So it’s clear it’s a rare and desirable experience. You’ll be missing out if you don’t go on this!

Our guide Marcus was very knowledgeable and took us to places we would not have known about within old town Lucerne. He gave us background history. He offered to take our photos in front of a couple places. He was able to drive into places where you can’t go to with a car. He was very professional. I would highly recommend him for your tour guide.

Marcus was a great tour guide. He went above and beyond by picking us us at our hotel and was so informative! We were four tired first time tourists to Lucerne. We had been traveling for 24 hours and this was a perfect way to see the sights (in the rain) and get a wonderful overview of the city. The tour on the eTuk was a fun way to get around.

This was a great experience. We toured the town with Marian in an enclosed cart- which was fortunate since it was pouring rain! Our guide was knowledgeable, professional and very informative. We can't say enough about her and the entire experience. At the end, she even drove us back to our hotel instead of dropping us at the meeting point. Don't miss this one.

Pascal was an amazing guide! It was cold and rainy the day we were there but we stayed warm and dry inside the tuk tuk, and got a personalized tour of the city. He was very friendly and personable and took us to the main attractions, giving a little history lesson as we went along.

Pascal did a great job helping us tour Lucerne! I booked the trip as it was different from other tours and wanted to explore the city more closely. Tuk Tuk was able to go into small alleys and big landmarks and we got a close up look of the city. Pascal was very friendly, patient and accommodating. He was very honest and refunded the money to us as we had booked two Tuk Tuks but we only used one as it accommodated all the 6 of us. Must book tour in Lucerne!!! Don’t miss it.
