A Very Informative Tour

Awesome tour! We were picked up in a SUV from our hotel. The driver and our guide Ragab are very good English speakers. Ragab also knows a lot about Egyptian history and Luxor in general. Even lunch is great. Don't hesitate to book this tour.

Excellent tour of East and West Luxor!

Ragab was an excellent tour guide! He’s extremely knowledgeable about Egyptian history so we learned a lot on this tour. After an explanation of what we were seeing at each stop, we were given plenty of time to wander on our own and we never felt rushed. He took us to a great lunch at his favorite local restaurant on the West bank which gave us a great sense of how the locals live.

Hamdee, our private tour guide, was amazing. He's very knowledgeable. We've learned so much from him. His temperament is about right too. In general, some tour guides are too energetic and assertive. Some of them bombard you with too much information without checking your pace. But Hamdee is very considerate to our needs. He has a great sense of what we want and how we feel. I highly recommend this tour and its guide.

Abdul our guide was brilliant. He was very friendly with our children, and shared his knowledge clearly. Abdul is part of a team working on restoration of one of the sites, and could share some interesting insights into the processes being used. Lunch was brilliant, and followed by a boat ride across the Nile that we weren't expecting which was great. All in all, a fascinating day.

Guide knew lot of information, lunch was very basic, no AC in vehicle. Airport transfer is expensive, can be done at 1/4 of cost with taxi.

We agree that a taxi would be cheaper; however, a taxi driver will not give you the same meet & assist service or wait for you in case of delay, like our company does. Really good day tour of the main sights in Luxor. Our guide Ameen was excellent and very knowledgeable, we were able to learn a lot about the temples and tombs whilst also having plenty of extra time to explore on our own. Lunch was very good.

We had the best time on this full day tour. Recept ( I think) our tour guide and Ramadan our driver were both great. Pick up was on time and they did a great job of explaining everything. English was perfect. All the sites were amazing, especially lunch. We ate at a rooftop restaurant overlooking the Nile. Just wonderful. I would highly recommend this trip, we are a family of four from the United States. ( including a 70-year-old- and 8 year-old.).

We were lucky to have Ragab as our guide. He is very knowledgeable. He was so kind, helpful, and made sure we saw everything we wanted, and we received special admissions from his experience and work at the tombs. The day was absolutely wonderful. We were fortunate enough to end with a private tour as it was only myself and my husband. We had a bad experience of a tour in Cairo so our guards were up. Hassan quickly knocked those down with his informative tour and was able to answer all of our questions. Hassan was kind, honest, and also had a good sense of humour so learnt about him throughout the day as well. I felt very at ease with Hassan. We were able to see a lot in a short space of time which is what we wanted, but never felt rushed either. Hassan was upfront about everything in regards to what was included and never pushy regarding buying anything. We were taken to an alabaster place, but again didn't buy anything and quickly left, I'm sure if asked we could have skipped this entirely. We chose to take the boat across rather than drive back and enjoyed this part as well. Ramadan the driver also ensured we kept hydrated too :) would recommend to anyone. Thank you Hassan for one of the best days we had in Egypt.

Excellent tour of east and West Bank historical sites

We were picked up at Luxor airport by Ahmeen and Ramadan our driver at 8am. Ahmeen is an experienced archeologist and had a wealth of knowledge about the Luxor temples, tombs and history. We drove to the East Bank and visited the Valley of the Kings, Ramesh iii, iv tombs and King Tutankhamen tomb. Truly spectacular to see. We then drove to Valley of the Queens and saw the Hatpetshut temple and Ahmeen explained the history and the symbols on the walls. We headed back to the East Bank and stopped for a local lunch which was delicious. Next stop was Karnak which is spectacular but it was oppressively hot (45C!) with all the stone radiating heat back upwards at us. We had a full day of sightseeing and were driven back to the airport on time for our Cairo flight home. Excellent tour and highly recommended.

THis was an amazing tour and experience. The entire day was full of history and it was awe inspiring to see the history and so much of Luxor. My favorite part was the food :-) Africa was one of the best meals I have ever had!!! We did not even need to order - we simply said we were vegetarians and were presented with a spread of 8 dishes made with love, flavor and Egyptian goodness. He made our day so delightful in every way!!!! I would absolutely do this tour again. I learned so much and felt the history deep inside mysoul. I will never forget this experience!! Thank you so much for making our tour so special!!!! We were treated so kindly and even got special gifts of which sit right next to me in my room every day!!

Today we had Khalid our tour guide & Ramagan our tour driver take us to see Valley of Kings, Queen Hatshepsut, Luxor & Karnak Temples. Khalid was great in pointing out what we should look for in the tombs and excellent at explaining reason for the temples. We had a great day and highly recommend the tour to others.

This is the best tour of the West and East banks of Luxor and included so many memorable things! Our guide Abdul was so knowledgeable as he has even worked in archeological dig sites in the past. From the tombs of King Tut, King Ramses the 3rd and 9th, temples and more, this was the best day trip.
