You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I didn’t! Your driver didn’t show up at all! . I paid for a driver from Luxor to Hurghata on October 13th for a 1200pm pickup. It is a 4 hour drive to Hurghata. I called your customer service 2 times and ask where my driver was. 1215 and 1300. Your customer service couldn’t even get a hold of the driver!!!! Really ? Visitor a Worldwide company that I have used in the past for London and Spain trips. And you can’t get a hold of the driver?? Unbelievable ?!! At the end I was given a refund. The customer service representatives were nonchalant how it inconvenienced me. Felt like…here is you refund….Bye! No help in getting me a different driver. Luckily I was able to find another driver from a different company. I did not leave Luxor until 1500. I won’t be using your service anymore!

Excellent pre-trip accompaniment. They came with a truck to put all the suitcases. They were punctual and we were able to visit the Dendera temple. I recommend it.

Ahmed Brother was our driver. He arrived promptly at our hotel driving a nice big clean SUV with lots of room for our luggage. He was a very professional driver and we completed the trip in just over 4 hours, with a 20 minute stop midway. Would highly recommend Ahmed as a driver and this means to get from Luxor to Hurghada. The scenery was breathtaking especially through the mountains before reaching the Red Sea

I booked a few days before the pickup date. They did not come to pickup. They did not tell they WILL not come. I have to call them 10 times for 2 hours just to learn that they will not ever come. They ruined my holiday. So you can try and experience the same. If I did not do this booking via viator, probably, they will even reply and give money back.
