This was the highlight of my trip to Nairobi. To see these magnificent animals up close was amazing. Our guide Wellington was very helpful. Highly recommended

Everything about this tour was amazing. My driver, Titus, communicated with me the morning of and confirmed pick up time. He arrived on time! He drove our small group in the van safely. At the giraffe center, we were the first ones to arrive. It wasn’t busy so there were great opportunities for pictures! The elephant orphanage was nice and the bead center was inspiring. Buying beads goes to a great cause for Kenyan women who are widowed/single. Thank you Titus and hope to join you again in the future. Highly recommend!

Nice tour, driver was friendly, and the tour itself was very good. I was afraid to have only 1 hour to do the Giraffes, but to be honest, 1h is more than enough, it's amazing but it's very small with just a few Giraffes to feed. However it could be better to notice the customer 1 day earlier the exact pick up time:
- Since I booked weeks ago, it's good to "break up the silence" and make customers sure the company will really do the tour.
- I asked the day before for the confirmation via Viator platform, they didn't answer here
- Hopefully I was 15min. earlier waiting for the tour, and then in a minute the driver already arrived
- The next passengers in another hotel booked for 8h30 (at least they stated that to me), and we arrived there at 8h00. Luckily, they were already prepared, so we delayed only 10 minutes (apart this delay not being a problem, since we still had to wait 30 minutes in a souvenir shop since the Giraffe center opens only at 9h00).

Great tours and our guide was very nice and helpful. Had an early start but it was nice because it was not to busy at the giraffe center and the elephant orphanage was nice as well.

Expérience incroyable ! Notre guide et chauffeur Stéphan a été très gentil. L’orphelinat des éléphants et le centre des girafes inoubliables et dépaysants. Le centre des perles était très intéressant.
Le seul petit point négatif était la durée de chaque expérience. Nous aurions aimées passer plus de temps, notamment avec les girafes et éléphants.
