What To Expect

First, meet your guide for a safety briefing and get equipped with a bike and helmet. Jump on your bicycle, following your guide as you navigate the vibrant streets.

Make a stop at popular Madrid landmarks, including Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. Immerse yourself in the history and heritage of these spots.

Continue your ride, pausing to look at notable architecture along the way. Take some time to capture photographs and enjoy the atmosphere before cycling to see the monuments and gardens of Parque del Retiro, an oasis in the city.

Leisurely traverse the city, taking in the sights, until it's time to head back.

Our guide, Isaac, was great. Very knowledgeable about the history of the city. Only warning to travelers unfamiliar with the city…it is very hilly. We got the e-bikes which was a huge help!

The tour covered a lot of the highlights of Madrid. Our guide did a great job of explaining the sites and leading us around the city while keeping us safe in traffic. I like that we had the option of either regular or electric bicycles.

Abdul gave a great tour. Excellent way to get an orientation on not only the main tourist spots but also the different and varied neighborhoods. Abdul was clearly passionate about the city, and took the time to answer questions and also adapt to specific people’s needs. One recommendation - definitely book but due to some of the hills, may want to consider the e-bike option!

Great bike tour through the heart of Madrid. Our guide, Isaac, was fun and informative. I have a boot on my foot for a healing broken foot, so opted for the e-bike - good choice! The bikes are very well maintained and relatively new. Can't say that about many other bike tours we've been on. Highly recommend!

Earlier starting time would have been better. Missed the Real Palace as not enough time. Took almost 1/2 hr for everyone to be organised with bikes. Great way to see a city. Have now added Madrid to my list.

Abdul was engaging and very informative. He was a great guide and ensured we all made it up the uphills and kept up with the group. GET THE ELECTRIC BIKE!! Unless you bike up small hills or hills in general…they aren’t huge but you will work for it, haha.

Great Way to see Madrid

The tour was excellent from start to finish. Our guide kept things moving and entertaining and the bikes allowed us to see all the sights of downtown Madrid. One of the best parts was at the beginning touring Retiro Park. Only wished there had been a comfort stop at some point during our 3 hours of exercising and drinking water.

Sergio was a lovely tour guide. I really enjoyed the park at the beginning - it was really beautiful. I felt we walked a bit too much with the bikes. There also wasn’t enough electric bikes and it started off chaotic at the beginning trying to get that sorted. Ultimately, I think Madrid is a lot harder to do a bike tour than Barcelona or Sevilla because it’s so much busier.
