    We will meet at Goya Statue, right in front of the Museum's ticket office. The tour guide will have the sign of our company: the guides you need. And, finally, we will send you a mail with all the instructions hours before the tour (usually, the evening before the tour).

Maria was fantastic. She brought depth and perspective to our Prado visit. Her engaging explanations of the meaning, format, and history of the artwork and their artists amplified our appreciation for the pieces. Macarena, our guide, was professional, meticulous, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Prior to the tour she reached out via email to confirm the details. On the day of the tour she met us on time and we were able to enter the museum fairly quickly given the long lines. Once inside, she was amazing, she knew details about the museum and the works of art that made the tour immensely enjoyable. Overall, this was a fantastic tour and it was a true small group, we were only seven people which made moving around the museum very easy despite the crowds. I highly recommend this tour and Macarena as the guide. Thank you!

Small group is a must

There were only four of us on our small group tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to move us through the crowds easily. She would position us in the perfect spot in the room to have the best prospective of the art.

Misleading - we did not skip the line!

We paid for a skip the line tour and waited one hour in line. Misleading and disappointing. Our guide told us the policy of the museum changed - we should have been refunded. We have done many skip the line tours at various museums and never had to wait for an hour with visitors who did not pay extra.

I am afraid that is not true: your guide had your tickets before you arrived so you did not wait a second to buy your tickets. Using this, you skipped the line. Next time, return your tickets, do the line to buy your tickets (around 2 hours) yourself and we will have no trouble in refunding everything. Nevertheless, you preferred to use ours, not doing the line and going ahead with the tour. I hope you see there is a huge difference. Yes, the Prado’s security control sometimes is tough, but given the recent attacks some pieces have suffered, it is fair. Obviously, everybody has to go through the security control.

This was a very small group, so we got personalized service. I do feel that we were sort of rushed through, but we did sign up for a 3 hour tour and one could spend days in the Prado. Our guide was very knowledgeable.
