EXCELLENT communication. I was contacted a few days after booking by the company to introduce themselves, provide me with contact info, and to confirm pickup time and location. Day before, they contacted me to confirm. Morning of they provided name and phone number of driver. When driver arrived at hotel, about 15 min early, he contacted to let me know he arrived and was in the hotel lobby whenever I was ready. I always am worried about transportation to airports, this company made the experience stress free. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

At least we didn't get into an accident

The driver came way too early. 4:45 AM for a 7:40 flight. I was literally the only potential passenger at the airport. His car smelled terrible from cigarettes. He dropped me off at the wrong end of the airport, where all the doors were locked. The drive only took about 15 minutes top because there were no other vehicles on the road. I was unable to change the time because there were no other available drivers

We are very sorry if the car smelled to cigarretes. The pick up time was fixed by you. We sent you a Whatsapp the day before to fix the pick yime, but no answer, we called you also and no answer, we talked to your hotel the day before and they left you a note and we answered your wife by email fixing the pick up time. Usually, for international flights it is 3 hours but you could choose the pick up time the day before but you didn´t. So please we apologize, but we tryed harder the day before and it was impossible to communicate with you.

The cost for a couple to the Madrid Airport from a hotel in Madrid city center is slightly more than the 30 euro fixed cost for a taxi, however it is very reassuring to know we had an exact pick up time at our specific location on a small one way street. No hassle to get to the airport with plenty of time for check in.
