We had a private transfer from Madrid International Airport to our hotel in Madrid . We were met by Michael, who had been communicating with us prior to pick up. We were running a bit late but he was very polite and patient and was there to greet us when we got to arrivals. He was very well dressed and took our baggage for us and got us safely to the hotel . The van we booked was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend and use this company again. Kay

This private transfer was arranged weeks in advance. We were emailing 24 hours before they were scheduled to pick up and I reiterated the date and time. They never came to pick up. I called multiple times and the one time they did pick up they hung up on me because I didnt speak Spanish. Very disappointed in this lack of service.

Very nice ride to the hotel from the airport. The driver gave us a ride from the airport to the hotel. We were looking for him to be there holding a sign with my name, but he didn’t. He had actually found a picture of me and he was looking for me. I didn’t look exactly the same as my picture anymore. My hair was dyed. So he couldn’t find me at first. Lol

Our driver Michael communicated with me via WhatsApp as soon as our plane landed in Spain. He gave me clear instructions on where to go after baggage collection. He waited for us even though we came out a bit late. The van is very spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this company.

We booked a pick up from a concert for my family of 6. Viator cancelled it the DAY of the concert and the pick up time was 11:55pm - so difficult to schedule another one for our four children and us. They should have cancelled many days in advance. Very frustrating.

We are so happy we booked our airport transfer with this company. Due to weather issues with our connecting flight, we had to change to a completely different flight with a different airline which would arrive 2 hours earlier. Because we were taking a red eye from the US, they were closed by the time the changes were made and I was worried they wouldn’t get my message in time. But somehow they did and we were so happy they were able to accommodate the last minute change.

Easy transfer after a whole day of travel. Made arrival of our tired group very smooth. Only hardship was the end of the line - he couldn't get us right to apartment via van, and we had a little challenge finding it. Not the driver's fault.
