First time riding a Segway and thought it was excellent ! We did the 1 hour tour of Retiro and it was just enough. The guide was great, took lots of pictures of us while riding, was knowledgeable about the park and ensured we were safe. The park is huge and we would not have visited all of it, had we not been on a Segway.

Tour started 15 minutes late but they made it up on the back end and were friendly and helpful. Tour helped us cover more ground in the park, but I’d probably just walk it all or the Crystal Palace another time.

We have segwayed in cities all over the world and this was the best - retiro park is perfect for riding - our guide was great - lots of info but lots of riding time - just a great experience!!! Never could have walked the whole park

I truly think the best way to see Retiro Park if you have limited time in Madrid is on a Segway! The tour itself was really great - I do wish we would have stopped for pictures a little bit along the way, and maybe gotten slightly more history about the park, but I understand that the tour is very quick (only an hour) and they want to show us the most they can and let us ride the Segways. Zipping through the park on a sunny day is quite a memory. We did stop at the main points like the Crystal Palace and the lake! Overall, the tour was well-organized and fun, and I highly recommend it!
