You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our guide and driver, David. He showed us several areas of interest that we didn’t know about like the rose garden, the old flint mortared wall from the Muslims and the Star of David fountain and church all built to honor religions that influenced the area throughout history. Much of his insight was a great foundation for our guided tours because it helped us understand the history better. It’s a great way to start your introduction to the city and then decide what you want to see more of.

You cannot have a better guide for Madrid than SALVADOR! He is very friendly, accomodating and knowledgable. He is most informative bec he is a history professor, but his passion and love for the city is so infectious. He is also a local and so he has so many hidden gems to share. It was drizzling during our ride, but Salvador made us confortable & snug since his tuktuk have blankets, and rain jackets available. Best is he has very good recommendations for good, authentic Spanish restos. All were exceptional. Thank you Salvador.

Great 2 hour tour with Laura. Great fun and lots of information . Took us to see some different sights than the normal as we have been to Madrid before. Definitely worth it - and it was great with the blankets!

We did not vist several places including the palqce which we were looking forward to. Had to purchase addional tour tickets to get to the pqlace.. couldn't undestand the tour guide as she had a deep accent and felt rushed the entire tuk tuk excursion...
