Beware this is not the most famous caves in Porto Cristo hat most people visit. I was not aware of this and found I was dropped off at Hams and everyone else went onto Drach caves and I then had to sit and wait for an hour while the rest of the group were in the Drach caves and was given no opportunity to visit them. The actual Hams caves were ok but I suspect Drach was better. The pearl factory is just a shop so unless you are interested in buying jewellery it’s a waste of time. All in all a 6 hour door to door trip from hotel for 20ish mins in the caves so not value for money.

The trip is well organized. This is main reason I use Viator around the world. However Perl Factory stop was complete waste of time. Its not a factory, because nothing is made there. Just a little small outlet which sells some pearls and cloth for men and women. The caves however are totally fantastic and its a main reason of this tour. I would rate trip with 5 star but the Perl factory must go.

Étant en voyage touristique à Palma de Majorque pour la semaine, j’ai voulu avoir le plaisir de m’offrir un tour en bateau auprès de votre compagnie. J’ai alors trouvé, à un prix abordable pour ce que cela promettait votre offre concernant un, je cite, « boat trip » d’une visite de caves. Le site montre des photos des caves ainsi que des photos de bateaux dans ces mêmes caves. Le titre annonce un boat trip et quelle fût la surprise de tous les passagers quand on nous a annoncé qu’il n’y aurait pas de bateau. Le guide nous annonce que le seul tour en bateau dont nous pourrions éventuellement bénéficier dure 2 minutes après avoir attendu 30 minutes. Je vous écrit donc pour demander un remboursement de ce que je trouve être une annonce frauduleuse et mensongère. Il n’est pas acceptable de faire miroiter et promettre un tour en bateau à des touristes pour leur faire faire 2h30 de bus et ne même pas leur permettre de mettre le pied sur un bateau. À l’appui de mes avances, des captures d’écrans de votre annonce où il est noté noir sur blanc qu’un tour en bateau est prévu et où les photos représentent des bateaux dans les grottes.

Gute Beleuchtung, nicht rutschig, viele Stufen mit guten Handläufen, nette Präsentation der klassischen Musik. In der Perlenfabrik ausreichend Zeit zum ansehen. Interessantes Museum über weltweite Perlenproduktion. Guide und Fahrer waren gut organisiert und informativ.

Excursión sencilla pero muy recomendable si lo quieres es ver las cuevas y recorrer parte del interior de la isla con unos comentarios muy ilustrativos. Pocas esperas y amabilidad.

Notre guide était super, la visite des grottes géniale, par contre nous n'avons pas aimé la visite de la fabrique de perles. Il y avait juste des pancartes à lire et surtout une boutique pour acheter des perles. Sinon tout le reste était parfait ! Merci pour la sortie.

Wirklich schöner Trip. Sebastian als Guide war sehr freundlich und kannte sich super aus. Er hat alles wunderbar verständlich erklärt. Die Höhlen sind auch super interessant. Leider ging es nicht zur Perlenfabrik, da sie wegen Corona derzeit geschlossen ist.
