Wow! What an experience that we will struggle to top! Both flight staff and ground staff were fantastic from hotel collection to drop off. The most memorable part by far was my partner and I helping act as a counterweight in the basket whilst the balloon is readied, an intense but incredible experience! The flight was amazing, accompanied by music and a super thoughtful pilot. The after flight breakfast was delicious and the lil’ dog and duck duo just topped the experience. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This trip was fantastic. It was so well organised from start to finish. The pilot may us all feel at ease and had great taste in music. The breakfast after the balloon ride was perfect end to the experience. The basket was a little cramped, but you get an amazing view wherever you are positioned.

It's was a magical experience. Definitely a to do. The service from the whole team was amazing. The pick up was a little tight 6 of us in a small 7 seater as the two passengers were large. It wasn't for long.

Had such a wonderful day! Got picked up from the hotel by our guide, Marwan in his very nice 'Marrakech By Air' 4WD seaters for 6. Shared the ride to site with other 2x set of 2. Arrived just before sunrise, beautiful set up of tents and facilities. Had a very delicious croissant and selfcatering hot drinks/juice as the balloon set up. Shared balloon basket with other 15 people (4x set per corners and a pilot in the middle) Sancho, our pilot was fantastic! Watched the sun breaking through Atlas Mountains and seeing Marrakech from afar. Beautiful experience! After landed, we had the Berber breakfast - both food and hospitality were wonderful! Then, went to Palmeraie for Camel Ride before dropped off back.

Amazing from start to finish. Pickup was smooth the hospitality was fabulous and the whole hot air balloon experience was fantastic. Our balloon pilot Sancho was lovely and kept us updated with everything he was doing, I don’t like hights but I felt totally at ease the whole time.

The actual balloon experience itself was amazing, we had a fantastic pilot who pointed out landmarks and was very quick witted. We drifted along to mellow music which all added to the atmosphere. The only negative was that we were the last to arrive for the pre flight breakfast so literally had less than 5 minutes to down a drink and have a pastry before back in the minivan to drive to the launch site, we were picked up on time so not sure why we it was all so rushed. However everything else was just right.

What a fabulous experience! Called the day before, instructed pick up time of 0525, driver on time, arrived at camp, offered refreshments, friendlly dogs and ducks at camp, driver looked after us, taken to balloon, pilot Elena excellent, professional, beautiful sunrise captured, gorgeous traditional breakfast, lovely facilities, all in all amazing experience and would highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Top notch company and super nice employees. Definitely worth doing. Rated 4 stars because actual balloon ride was less than one hour long. Entire “experience” was approximately 4-5 hours, but that included pick up of all passengers, ride to loading site, breakfast and return of all passengers to their destinations.

Amazing experience from the drivers that pick you up to the staff who are there on arrival to the pilot , I loved every minute of it , Hamid was our pilot very nice guy and funny he makes the experience even better even though it’s already great, morning tea or coffee or juice with delicious croissants than the amazing ballon ride we booked the sunrise one 👌I highly recommend this adventure , Hamid your the man 👊one day maybe you and your customers will pee in my pool if I ever build a mansion down there 😅 (inside joke )
