We had a great time. Would highly recommend this trip. The road to Hana is a must to see Maui. I would recommend asking for Gordon as your guide as he was fantastic. We learned so much about the island because of his experience. He made sure we were taken care of at each stop.

The driver, Chester, was excellent. I wish he was my driver every time I use a shuttle service. His driving was impeccable and was fully engaged in conversation which made the ride go by so fast.

After I called, upon our arrival & baggage retrieval completed, Chester arrived in a very timely fashion. He was courteous, engaging and very knowledgeable about current activities in the area. He also explained that our drop off spot was different from the main area and explained how to reach the main lobby easily. But most importantly, after discovering about 30 minutes after our drop off that we had left a cell phone in his vehicle, he did answer it when we called & returned it to our hotel. A+ service!

I followed instructions at baggage claim and no one answered my call or responded in chat. I was only one left at airport. I booked another ride and Speedi Shuttle still charged me! I am disputing. Terrible that customer service can't answer a phone call.

I'm sorry I don't remember my drivers name. He was amazing. We talked about history, the fire and so many things. He was very helpful and pointed out the things I needed, the grocery store, the bus stop, food trucks and the Whalers Village. I would definitely recommend this transfer service. Thanks!

It was terrible. We booked the shuttle at one price, then told us it was 4x more than what we already paid. When we found out this was not right, we called to cancel it and never heard back. So essentially we were bait and switched. Rented a car instead as it was cheaper but still have not received a call or credit from the company.

Flight came in late. Driver (forgot her name, sorry) waited and was there to pick me up. What a relief as it was dark by the time I came out of arrivals with my case. Found the location without any problems and pointed out the office where I could contact security.
