The beautiful coastal views and the apostles rock formations. We were able to spot one koala and saw penquins after sunset by the Apostlles formations. In addition, meeting and sharing with fellow travelers made this experience even more memorable. Our guide Dameon was friendly, knowledgeable and personable!

Such a horrible tour! Don’t go if you have a height above 170 cm!!! There were less space than in a airplane! And the filled up the buss to the last seat. You Could not stretch your legs in the buss. Driving 250 km and 250 km back - horrible, which took the energy out of you immediately.
Hilda - The driver/guide, tried to do her best being witty, cheerful and energetic. Unfortunately it wasn’t contagious.
When we had to pick up and pay for our dinner it was a bit chaotic again, that could have been done in another way.
The whole journey was very stressful, you have 10 mins here and 10 mins there. Look there is a koala, there is a kookaburra etc Hilda was the only one with a view as we drove by fast.
This is as a trip for Go West to make money not to give the customer a good experience.

We're sorry to hear that this reviewer found the seating in our touring vehicle to be uncomfortable. Comfort is very clearly a subjective thing, as the vast majority of our guests find our touring vehicles perfectly OK for the journey, as anyone can see from the vast number of very positive reviews that surround this one, as whose writers travelled in exactly the same type of vehicle. Of course, it is possible to join a tour with another operator that has much more leg room, but these services cost about 50% more.

Story about the construction of Great Ocean Road and the Loch Ard Gorge is quite fascinating. However, the scenery was below my expectation.

The trip is well worth the full day! Red was our tour guide and made the entire day 10 times better, the great ocean road is beautiful and the stops along the way are amazing, my only issue would be possibly some stops could be cut shorter but other than that a great experience

On the way to 12 apostle, we had a nice lunch at very nice see side little town. And then we had very nice pizza for supper. Well also saw wild koala, echidna, wallaby. Driver was very nice and thoughtful,

Most memorable experience during the journey was Aaron’s expertise in looking out for koalas in the environment during our break time and getting swamp with birds. Aaron is also very knowledgeable about the history of the great ocean road and the native wildlife. He is very entertaining and always have an interesting way to tell stories of the land making our experience a wonderful one!
