Solid trip to the Everglades from Miami

We saw gators, birds, baby birds, the Everglades, and other wildlife as promised. The drive via Bus/van from Miami to the fan boats is about 45-60 minutes one way so make sure you have something to occupy younger kids. Once you get to the fan boat wild life center it was smooth without too much waiting. The show was good and there wasn’t too much down time. Very good time.

A good day out

Pick up was late and we were first pick up. We had a few mishaps with other pick ups which meant journey longer than advised. However Everglades Park was very well organised given how busy it was. The hour on the airboat was very good and we managed to spot several alligators. The show was very informative. All in all a good day out.

Save your money!!!!

First of all! The bus had no air conditioning and we had to be on the bus for over an hour. All the driver cared about was tips and the fact that it was NO REFUND! And he was rude!!!!! We didn’t see one alligator not one! The driver of the airboat was racist and rude. This was a waste of money and you need to be more detailed on your website before people price a NON REFUNDABLE ticket. Being on a bus for over a hour in 90 degree weather should be refundable. Money pit! We could have drove there and paid just to get in. If the summer is a bad time because it so hot, let consumers know that on your website. You robbed me legally! I am pissed!!!!

Interesting trip for first-timers.

Nice trip through the Everglades, some good hints to the details by the guide. It's rather crowded with boats, but well, that's the touristic part of the Everglades. The gator show afterwards was short, but interesting. Taking a pic with a young gator is a nice memory, but not that nice for the animal, being handed over to hundreds of people... but well, it's a sacrifice that helps the shelter going.

Worst travel experience ever

Driver late and they over sold seats for the bus so for almost an hour my husband and I had to stand up on this horrible bus ride to the everglade holiday swamp park. Could have just drove there and enjoy our time vs being exhausted before getting there.

I had a fantastic day yesterday. It was AWESOME!!! Pickup from Miamy was super easy. The captain was excellent (forgot his name unfortunately). He explained to us that because of the hurricane, it is not possible to see as many gators as it used to be. The weather was perfect. The girls at the agency were also great. All these people make a living from it and I have a lot of respect for their work. Great job guys, all of you. I can't wait to go back. P.s apologies for typos, english is not my morher tongue

Everglades awesome bus driver sucks

Air boat ride tour guide was great,But the bus driver who picked us up has no people skills what so ever.Definitely put a damper on the experience.We always tip even when service is that great,but we did not tip the driver & he was upset about it.He was even upset ppl had to use the restroom.Thumbs down experience w/ him.
