Carlos is a great guide and it was a great experience learning about the little Havana from him! It was an even a surprisingly good experience when our tour coincided with their street festival party.

Outstanding tour and tour guide
Robyn_R, Sep 2023
We were the only people on this tour and we hit the jackpot with our tour guide Maria. Her wealth of knowledge and information provided was outstanding. She knew all of the history at every stop we made and provided background information and additional history at each stop. The food and drinks that were included were good. She made sure she answered all questions and provided detailed information. I would highly recommend this tour with Maria to anyone traveling to the area.
Disappointing
Joseph_K, Jun 2023
Of the points listed in the tour description, 1 was great, 5 didn't happen and the others were disappointing. We went on a Sunday and met at the museum. Is was closed but were we told that it would open later, despite the posted hours noting that it was not open on Sundays. The Cuban coffee was great and the shop owner was the highlight of the tour. We then got the choice of the churro or pastry shop, not both as in the description. The park was disappointing since a random pedestrian gave us more information than our guide. There was no mention of an empanada stop or mojoto. The last stop was for a Cuban sandwich which was described as not an authentic Cuban dish and I had to buy my own soft drink. Back at the museum, still closed, the tour ended, 30 minutes early. This tour was poorly planned and badly executed. Definitely not worth $69 person for $15 worth of food and a lackluster history tour.

KIA_W, Sep 2020
Mariela was really great!! She’s so warm & friendly & very knowledgeable about the area. She didn’t rush the tour with the rainy weather unfortunately occurring. Anyone live here & never been or tourist should really do this tour!!! Everything we tried was delicious 😋
