We did the self-guided...

We did the self-guided tour. It was a little lengthy so we actually skipped over a bit. Bring headphones or the guided tours/other visitors can be distracting.

We enjoyed the gardens and how peaceful they are. And we saw two turtles. I also liked that the home is still currently lived in on the upper floors. How amazing that we can still see the vineyards as well.

We had a guide. The tour was as much about the house as it was the vineyard. If you have an hour to kill, it is enjoyable. Loved hearing how Leonardo stayed in the house when he was painting the Last Supper across the street.

The home interior is stunning, the ceilings are incredible. The courtyard and winery is beautiful. Wish I was one of the lucky people who actually live there. I would have preferred a self guided tour which is what i thought I purchased; however my tour guide was very knowledgable and interesting. I just personally find it hard to look and absorb - focus on the sights with someone talking in my ear.

Già stata alcuni anni fa, scoperto che forse non sarà più possibile vederla ho subito pensato a mio figlio e a cosa “forse”si sarebbe perso. Un piccolo gioiello nel cuore di Milano.

Aggirarsi nelle stanze osservando gli oggetti di uso comune e i dettagli dell’ arredo e immaginare le vite passate e poi … immagine Leonardo che prende un cestino con attrezzi da viticoltura del tempo e si dedica alla sua Malvasia . Spegnendo tutto il rumore esterno. Pago di essere lì
