You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The beach was so beautiful I wish we had more time at the beach overall it was a great experience. Margaritaville was nice I enjoyed the food, and course on the water. Our driver Damian was informative and nice.

Margaritaville closed, beach packed

First off I want to say our driver, Terry, was awesome! Very friendly, just like all Jamaicans, and he is a Montego Bay local. I’m not sure what I was expecting but I think I was looking for a one stop shop tour guide and this really wasn’t that. It was more like hiring a private driver for the day. Unfortunately Terry was “not very good at history” which was kind of something I was looking forward to. Margaritaville is also permanently closed, at least for the moment, and apparently it has been for months… so don’t expect to do that. We did not go shopping at the town center but we were taken to a shop that overlooked the city and had an AMAZING view. It was probably for the better because we weren’t hassled and the downtown shop owners can be aggressive. We got all the souvenirs we were looking for but we’re easy to please and were just looking for some basics. We did go to DR.’s Cove Beach, and spent the majority of our 3 hours of beach time trying to get lunch/bar service. There was a cruise ship in town and the place was packed. Definitely NOT worth the trip for us as our resort’s beach was just as nice, less packed, and has much more attentive staff. Again, our driver was awesome and i tipped him well for being so pleasant, but the excursion itself really wasn’t worth the price IMO.

The experience was okay the beach was beautiful just not the hype that I read in most reviews at the margaritaville… the driver Terrick was very awesome and welcoming.. but all in all it was an okay experience.. the stars are based on my experience not the car service.. the car service was amazing

Had a great experience on this excursion. Our driver Odain was prompt. He was very nice and had great info about where we were going. He stayed with us the whole time. Doctor Caves beach was amazing! Margaritaville was such a cool place and the food was great! Highly recommend this trip.

Carlos the driver was great. However the service at the beach was bad. Margaritaville slide did not work. Waste of money.

However Margaritaville slide was closed on the morning of your activity for maintenance because safety comes first. Also you should have reviewed Margaritaville about the slide that didn’t not work because you have a great time with our driver and we had no control with an attraction closing a part of their premises. If you had reached out to us and let us know we would have given you a partial refund. Sorry for the experience you had.

Very nice!! My driver (Kevin) was amazing and very informative I highly recommend him. My shopping experience was wonderful no high pressure sales people I was served cold beverage while browsing the gift shop.

Bad experience

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience and would never go back. #1 the payment I made on line only paid for the transportation to the place. #2 when I got there the receptionist didn’t know what she was doing. #3 the manager was rude and not helpful at all and even walked away from us. No drinks were offered nor food. The driver wasn’t friendly either 🤯👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Thank you for writing us a review. We are always happy to hear customers feedback. The listing shows entry to Doctors Beach is $6 per person also food and drinks needs to be purchased separately. However you guys were upset the morning so i asked the driver to pay for your entry fees. We are paid about $50 for a tour that lasts up to 4and a half hours but we did pay for entry for you both from it. As the for the manager at the beach i did apologize to you for his behaviour and i am saying sorry again for how he reacted. Our driver is usually friendly dont know what happened that day but he did came back to the office saying he had a great time with you all. Thank you for choosing us keep safe.
