Plane was 6 hours late and news was not well communicated by the airline. You guys rescheduled on the fly, warned the resort for us. and the ride with Alan was not only impeccable but we had a great conversation during it!

We were picked up and dropped off by Anthony! Anthony was amazing and honestly there are no words to describe his amazing treatment towards us. He was helpful, informational about the island and activities, funny, we started talking like we’re were long time friends because he was so cool. I highly recommend this service. We felt safe and in good hands. Anthony was a true gentleman and we will definitely be using Viator transport again when we visit Jamaica in the future!

We had a wonderful ride from the airport to the resort with our driver, Scott. He handled our bags for us and opened doors. He even pointed out a lot of cool things we were passing on the drive, so it was also a fun learning experience. He was even kind enough to stop along the way and help us grab something from the store we forgot. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

Our round trip transfers to Excellence Oyster Bay were spot on! Leaving the airport was a bit confusing as there wasn't a sign with our name on it like we thought there would be. On our return trip, our confirmation said the driver would be there at 9:45, he was there at 9:30 waiting for us to complete our check out and say our goodbyes! Both drivers were professional, courteous, and very personable. We'll certainly use this transfer this again on our next trip!!

Terrible Experience

Do not use this service. It is a sham!!! First off upon arrival you must exit the airport in the local masses around a smelly bathroom. No one is there to receive you. After waiting 30 minutes the driver finally arrives. The driver himself was pleasant. The worst part is that I booked a round trip and on the departure date NO ONE showed up. The hotel could not reach them and I had to pay for another transfer. Do not use this company: I would recommend coordinating transport through your hotel.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you were not pleased with your transfer; however, it is helpful to know that all small transportation companies meet their guests at the same location as that is the designated area authorized by the airport authority for independent operators to use. Taxis are not allowed to wait in the airport but in the designated parking area; hence we have a greeter stationed at the airport to meet our guests upon arrival. We ensure to provide all customers with detail instructions to meet the greeter, and we encourage all customers to use the instructions given to avoid confusion and delays with pickup. For customers who booked round trip, we take care to provide their pickup times by email and we encourage our drivers to be at the resort at least 10 minutes before the pickup time given to the customers; however, when a customer chooses to depart the resort before the time given that is outside our control. Again, we are truly sorry for your experience.
