Brandon was very informative and knowledgeable about the local area and he was an amazing guide all the way around! Would request him by name every time. He chatted with us about our plans and informed us on alot of local history and current events that were really interesting.

Our flight was on time. My family and I waited for our luggage for a while. We proceeded to meet our airport transportation through Viator. Our driver was on time, patiently waiting for our arrival! Our driver was an very excellent driver! He communicated with us along the ride. Well spoken, very informative driver! He made sure our driver was safe!

Easy and efficient

The transfer from the Montego Bay airport to Ocean Coral Spring Resort and back was seamless. Our driver Damian was at the airport when we arrived despite having to wait as it took a long time to clear customs. He was ahead of schedule to return to the airport which was great.

However you went into a white minivan and your driver for pickup was in a black minivan. I understand you were going to the same hotel and the next persons so I guess that was what got you confused. Booking was easy, no issues. Communications with company was good as well. Finding our driver upon arrival went well. A little disappointed we ended up sharing our “ private transfer” with another couple as the other couple made a mistake with their booking, they went to the same resort. The company did get on the phone with us & ask if it was ok if the other couple could travel with us to the resort. How could we say no the other couple was already loaded in the vehicle bags & all. Therefore the company made 1 trip to the resort but capitalized on double payment from 2 couples. Perhaps a refund on our transportation should have been at least offered. The drives to & from the airport were both friendly & punctual.

Thank you for the review. The couple made a mistake with their flight number so they ended up arriving and it wasn't their time for pickup. However we couldn't leave them standing at the airport all alone in a new country. We asked if you had an issue with this and you said NO!!! let's go. If we knew you had an issue we would have let them wait on the next car available which was like 10 minutes away. However it was great that you choose us. Next time booking we have a complementary car ride for you.

The ride was smooth, Terrick did an amazing job and made us feel like we were at home. He asked us if we wanted to stop and get food or souvenirs prior to us getting to our resort and he took us to a local restaurant called Father Bull, which was amazing, and a souvenir shop. He always made sure we were ok and comfortable and had really great energy. Thank you Terrick!

We appreciated the patience of our f driver as it took 2 hrs for us to get thru immigration. He was aware of the immigration officers strike that had caused many back ups. Once in the car he gave us a mini tour to our hotel. We enjoyed this because we were already learning about the island and seeing the different hotels as we drove by. Would recommend!

The gentleman that drove us to the hotel was great. Answered any questions we had and even offered to stop for whatever we wanted. The return driver not so much. As soon as we entered the van, we immediately got high from the residual marihuana in the van. The only thing he said was buckle your seatbelt please.
