Long Wait Time

Too long waiting inside airport to present booking confirmation and way too long standing outside airport waiting to be loaded into van. Almost 2 hours total. Fortunately, we were the first to be dropped off.

Great drivers terrible customer service

The drivers were great and pick up was great. But your customer service is poor. I am a returning customer and made an error in my booking 1 way instead of roundtrip. Tried to correct it but was told I had to pay another 90.00 for a pick up. So this round trip for about 111.00 cost me 180.00. I am not a happy customer

We have no records of you paying additional USD 90 directly to us because you already had a booking for departure transfer. Need better customer service!

The reason for my 2 star rating was all contributed by the two coordinators at the curbside. One who think his name is “Craig” the other I forgot. The bus and the driver was on site, however they had me standing in the heat for an hour, which I was told would be “20mins”. Poor, poor, poor customer service!

Choose a different company

We had pre-paid for transportation from montego bay with our flight info and i called to notify of a delay, which they should have known by watching the flight info. We were placed on the curb and told "just a few minutes" after standing there for 30-40 min. We asked again and was told "5 minutes", stood another 15-20 and kept inquiring.....talked to the supervisor (who was so rude) and after another 20 minutes he walked us to a van. The driver was awesome:-) wish i wrote his name down, bc there was no way i would remember it after traveling for 26 hours! Bottom line, u arrange pick up ahead of time so you're not standing for another 2 hours waiting for a ride to the hotel that is 1.5 hrs away. Id look into a different, more organized, company next time, especially at $33 one way for each person...

Pick up from the airport...

Pick up from the airport and drop off to the hotel was seamless. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a 15 minute drive. Otherwise I would use this shuttle again.
