Our meeting point will be in Piazza Sant'Agnese, next to the Church of St Agnes. Nearby there are a couple of free and paying parking lots. IMPORTANT: the tour schedule in the system is 10am and 15pm, but the tour times can be arranged directly with the guide upon request.

Chiara was amazing and really opened up the city for us. We saw a lot more than expected and hearing about the history of the city was really enjoyable. The wine cellar and wine tasting was a great end to the tour. Chiara is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this tour.

Montepulciano waking tour

Average tour compared to others. Didn’t enter any buildings or churches Nice person but could have been more informative. Accommodating do to the steepness of the hills. We could tell she wanted to talk us out of the wine tasting as she started saying we could skip the tasting right from the beginning of the tour. It’s at the bottom of the mountain and there was a bus available to take us back to the top but didn’t really facilitate that, therefor didn’t experience any wine tasting.

Outstanding. Chiara was fantastic.

We were only expecting a wine tasting. But found that we had a guided tour of Montepulciano, a charming city, by a charming guide. So much to learn. A wonderful experience.

Chiara was absolutely amazing. So hospitable and welcoming. We hit it off right away. She is a wealth of knowledge and knew everyone in town so it felt like we were celebrities! She takes you to the coolest wine cellar and tasting room in town. Loved learning about the history and walking the whole town with her at a great pace!

Perfect tour with Chiara! Wonderful tour around Montepulciano! Chiara is so well informed! We learned so much!!! She also was so sweet and easy to get along with, it was nice to spend some time with her. I loved as we walked through the town with her many people would wave and yell Hello Chiara. Chiara was super professional and gave us a gem of a tour of Montepulciano. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Chiara knew her history very well and surrounding areas. We learned a ton of history about Montepulciano that we never would have known without guide. 100% must book a guide for a short tour of the city. You will not be disappointed.
