We loved meeting Barbara and learning to cook traditional and local Italian dishes in her beautiful home. Barbara is a wonderful teacher and made us feel so comfortable with her warmth and hospitality. The pastas turned out absolutely delicious - we were so proud of ourselves! The tiramisu was also the best we have had on our Italian trip so far (a big call but one we’re sticking by!) Definitely recommend adding this to your itinerary if you’re in Tuscany :)

I learned a lot from Barbara. She explains everything in detail. I had so much fun! Barbara is a great and welcoming person and knows about Italian cooking from ancestors. I enjoyed the entire experience.

This was a great event. Our host Barbara was wonderful and inviting. She was very accommodating and generous, working to include everyone in the experience. The food was delicious. Now confident with the process, the dishes will be repeated often at home.

Barbara was an exceptional teacher and host! We learned to make pici and gnocchi, as well as, tiramisu. Simple, fresh and delicious. Unlike anything I've ever had before. I can't wait to make these dishes at home. Now that I know the techniques and reasons behind them, I'm ready! Grazie mille Barbara (& assistant). I will treasure this experience.

We are in Tuscany for two weeks and our cooking class today has been my favorite experience ever! We were invited into our host’s home where we learned to make pici pasta with veggie sauce, gnocchi with butter/gorgonzola sauce, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious and I feel confident we will be able to recreate these dishes at home. Thank you. Barbara!

We met in Barbara's kitchen, and with her fun and knowledgeable guidance we made Petti pasta, Goncchi, and Tiramisu. We truly appreciate Barbara opening her kitchen to our small group and encouraging us to make food we have not made before. This was one of the highlights of our trip and we definitely recommend this activity!

What an exquisite experience. We learned how to make three different types of pasta including gnoccis, as well as an amazing Tiramisu, and we drank local Poliziano wine from grapes a few blocks away. Barbara made this experence so special for my girlfriend and me. We highly recommend this to anyone. It's well-worth the price.

Barbara was a very lovely and warm hostess. We had an excellent time on her large and beautiful kitchen cooking fresh homemade pasta and tiramisu. I would highly recommend this experience. Barbara made all of us feel at home. Eating our creations was the best part. We can’t wait to make all of this again when we get home! We might need to call or email Barbara for some helpful hints! The fresh pasta and tiramisu was our favorite meal of our Italian vacation!

Both of us loved this tour. We had a blast even though the temperature was 102+. Barbara is an absolute gem. She was fantastic and very patient!! We are looking forward to trying our hand at making the pasta as soon as we get home. We will definitely take this tour again if we are ever in the area. We were in the country for 21 days and did almost 10 tours. This was the clear winner and it wasn't even close.

We loved our cooking class at Barbara’s house! Truly authentic and delicious not to mention the great wine pairing! The class was only 6-8 people max so we got lots of individualized tips and attention and she never rushed us. Would 100% recommend if you’re staying in the area!

This has been one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The cookery class was small & intimate and Barbara made the whole thing extremely enjoyable. We cooked fresh pasta that tasted amazing along with a typical tiramisu recipe which was equally good. Met some other fellow travellers & came away having thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend.

The class was so enjoyable. Barbara and her assistants were a delight, and the recipes were delicious. Barbara made sure that everyone in the small group participated, and the interaction with the others was very fun. If we had the time, we would have taken another course.

Delightfully fun evening cooking pasta with Barbara and a family from Louisiana in Barbara’s lovely home. It was super fun! Wine was flowing. Only downside was the location was very far from where we were staying, would have appreciated a non veggie option for the pasta, and no apps or bread to go with the meal?! Overall super fun, once in a lifetime experience.

Cooking in Barbara’s kitchen was such a treat, a real chef’s kitchen. She was such a gracious hostess, warm and friendly, and willing to share all her secrets to making delicious food. My first time making gnocchi, will definitely be making this recipe again. In addition to learning to make pasta the Italian way, we also enjoyed Barbara’s wonderful company. I had read wonderful reviews of her class, every word true. This experience was fantastic.

This is a must have experience when in Tuscany. Barbara was incredible! Her passion and knowledge of Italian food are inspiring. My husband and I felt incredibly welcomed at all times. We had a wonderful time learning from Barbara, who is very patient and kind, sharing our passion for food and history, and chatting away over a bottle of wine.
