Our tour guide Vikrant is very knowledgeable about Mumbai’s past and present. He told us the historical facts of the city and the current projects and upcoming infrastructure improvement projects. He helped us with picture taking and enabled us to keep precious memories. I highly recommend to take this trip so you have an in depth understanding of Mumbai and India.

Our guide Sameer was very informative and took an interest in the things we wanted to see. We got to visit all the things we wanted to see on this trip to Mumbai. Which was all the usual things and for us no visit to a market, even though Sameer asked us twice if we wanted to visit the market. But as it was the usual very hot day and we had a flight to catch that night we declined the market visit. We would thoroughly recommend this trip. You get to see things you expect to see and some things we didn’t even know existed.

Our guide as best ever. She told us things of the city and of being Hindu we had never understood or imagined. Highlight was when she got us into a Hindu temple for a full and complete service led by a Monk. It was a wow.

Driving through the busy streets in a tuk-tuk. The visit to Jew Town, the spice market and the shopping were great. The outdoor laundry was a unique experience. Yuk- yuk was fun and comfortable. Our driver was very patient and helpful.

Sameer Shah did an excellent job showing us Mumbai. We told him that we let him organize the program of the day. However, we gave him a few things that we wanted to do. Sameer fitted in our requests into his excellent tour. I never provide tour feedback. I only provide this feedback because Sameer did such a good job.

Save yoruself. Extremely underwhelming and regretful. Overpriced for what is it.

Why I give this 1 star? - Based on the 12 committed items in the description, we only went to 6. - Bottled water WAS NOT included. She tried to give me water from her personal water bottle that she was drinking from. - Lack of communication. I had to reach out to confirm pick-up time and who the tour guide was going to be. Kind of odd especially for solo travelers. - No explanation that it is mandatory to take shoes off at the temples, even if you ask to skip it she will proceed anyways. - She got into an argument with a woman security guard at one of the temples. Upon exiting she decided to go over to a male security guard and proceed to argue for ~7 minutes. Awkward! - At one of the templates it felt like she was encouraging me to join it by pushing the location in Brooklyn, but made sure to say that my attire was unacceptable there. I then realized her Whatsapp profile is promoting the same temple. We spent the most time at this temple than at any other site/ venue -- I timed it. She was even pushing their sacred book for purchase. - At one of the shopping areas she suggested to me for me to go shopping for local items, she actually was shopping for her own jewelry. We spent 20-30 minutes there while she designed a necklace, bracelet, and earrings with the guy. Finally deciding NOT to purchase anything because she thinks she can get it for cheaper <-- her exact words. - She went shopping for herself multiple times which was rude to me. - She had very little knowledge of information on the places we went to. Other reviews mentioned the same thing. It was so obvious when the driver was explaining things and she loosely translated but it was more like pointing to a building and telling me a billionaire lives there, instead of information or interesting facts about the area, etc. - She tried to sneak us into the pool area of the Taj Hotel near the Gateway of India and the employees explained to her that this was private for the guests she pointed to a stone pool chair and explained to me this is where people sit as if it were historical facts. To me, it was blatant laziness to recover from being rejected. - This is a tough one because of cultural differences, but she had very strong opinions about same-sex marriage and previous visitors/ tourers. - I asked if there was a dress code and she said no. But as we went places, she seemed less comfortable with what I was wearing as a female traveler. When she became more confident, her comments around women being men's property or how disrespectful my shorts, tank, and long sleeve button down were to her culture but proceeded to finish off the sentence with "don't take offense to my comments" - After 6 hours of a lackluster tour, I requested to go back to my hotel after 6 hours. Instead, she kept trying to push me to keep going. I google mapped some of the locations and they were closed or far away with growing traffic. I asked to just go back multiple times but she and the driver wasted time by still trying to show me the sites. Prolonging the inevitable. - She didn't realize I had google maps open and could see was still going the wrong way. When I mentioned it, she made up a quick story about how everything was on the way to the next thing, which was not correct. Save yourself the hassle.

I do Not recommend this tour. The guide assigned was not a professional tour guide and had no awareness of city’s main sites. She relied on driver to identify major sites.

She is not a new guide and I ask her she explain everything to you Also, she has shown you the Antilla building which is the house of Mukesh Ambani (Reliance Founder) and I agree she didn't show you the Jain temple because they took another route. As you said She relied on the driver, I don't think so because its a teamwork of both driver & guide and they discuss about the route. I will make her understand and will train her well. The Best Day in Mumbai

An incredible day with Vikrant seeing the main sites of Mumbai! I had about a day to squeeze in all the Mumbai highlights, and this was the perfect tour. Vikrant was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and as a solo woman traveling on her own, he made me feel very safe. We also managed to squeeze in a quick train stop (a Mumbai must!) and grab a roadside masala chai. If you take any tour of Mumbai, take this one.

Seeing all of Mumbai in a single day is pretty much impossible but we came as close to it as you can get. We had an amazing time with Vikrant who was very knowledgeable about the city’s sites. We visited so many with ample time to take photos and enjoy the pace. Definitely would recommend booking!!

Amazing Full Day Tour in Mumbai. Both guide, Mr. Vikrant and Driver, Mr. Maruti did everything they could to give a very pleasant tour, answering all the questions and ensuring that we understand the history of Mumbai. Very comfortable car, very nice persons, very pleasant toir. I could not ask for more.

Good introduction to a busy, busy city

We were met at the cruise port by our tour guide more or less on time but had to wait at least 20 minutes for the car and driver to arrive. Tour was basically as described. We made a few minor adjustments which were accommodated. Traffic in Mumbai is crazy!! Unfortunately spent more time than we would have liked in traffic; nobody’s fault....just too many cars for the infrastructure. Only negative is that our guide could have been more experienced and talkative. He was able to identify all the main tourist attractions but was unable to provide any in-depth information compared to other tour guides we crossed paths with. Perhaps a little too green to spend a whole day with clients. Having said that, he did make an effort. Can only hope that he will improve with time.

Sameer was great, nice and very professional. If you want an overview of the city and not too much time to explore Sameer will be perfect. He arrived on time contacted me a day before to arranged my time of pick you to my schedule he hired a driver while we got out of the car to visit some sites. He was pleasant and knowledgable.

Disappointing tour

Our guide spoke very good English however the tour was basically a drive by affair. The stop at Dhobi Ghat laundry was at an overlook for a few minutes nothing up close, dropped at 2 parks 15 minutes each of no interested to us. Never got to see Dabbawalas food delivery. Quick Drive by of slums, Dropped off at Crawford market on our own. Guide was anxious to drop us off “no more to see” After giving tips to both her and driver, she could not be bothered to exit the car. She claimed to have guided Bill Clinton, Halle Berry and others which was difficult to believe based on her demeanor and appearance.

We have cover all the places mention in the tour itinerary and Dhobi Ghat we show from the Tourist View Point, so you can have a complete top view of Dhobi Ghat To get entry in the Dhobi Ghat we have to pay the entry for it and that it not included in the mention cost. Both the gardens Hanging garden and Kamla Nehru park the tourist place in Mumbai and you can see all the tourist visit those places and if you dont want to visit those places so you can discuss with the guest when the tour start. Regarding the Dharavi Slum Tour as it is also not included in the City tour you booked but still guide taken you to the dharavi slum to show you from outside. City Tour with Dharavi Slum tour is totally different tour. I accept your suggestion and make sure our guide keep nice appearance, so guest feel comfortable.
