We end the tour in our Tourist Information shop around the corner from the Hofbrauhaus roughly four hours after the tour started.

What To Expect

Meet your guide at 11:30am at Marienplatz 15 in Munich. Also known as the Spielzeugmuseum, which is under the Old Town Hall tower, the site is a convenient meeting spot in the center of town.

With your group together, you’ll listen to a quick intro to Munich and its sights. Stroll with your guide to the bike shop, then hop in the saddle and take to the road. Pedal at a conversational pace, taking in sights such as Odeonsplatz, English Garden, Max-Joseph-Platz, and the Hofbrauhaus.

After two hours on the road, you’ll stop for a break at the Chinese Tower beer garden and cool down with a crisp Bavarian beer and some food, if you wish. Then, return to your bike and continue the tour, looking out for the famous river surfers who ride the permanent wave in Munich’s central park.

Having enjoyed four hours out on your bike, the tour ends by the Hofbrauhaus. Hand your bike back, and bid your goodbyes to your guide and group.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Best way to see Munich

A great way to see parts of the city you never normally would. The English garden was stunning and the whole tour was made six stars thanks to our guide Kyle.

We my friend and I were in a group with Simon. I can’t imagine a better bicycle tour of Munich. We saw and learned about so much. Simon was friendly and helpful, and very steeped in the history of Munich. The tour included a visit to a lovely beer garden on your own dime which was fine. We fell in love with the beautiful city in large part due to this wonderful tour!

E stenciled biking and tour experience. Sawnu.erous hidden sites that were gemsof Munich. Bike equipment and tour layout was well thought out. For the average tourist, our guide gave extensive details and context, when a broader overview would have sufficed. Overall very good!

Good tour to see some of the sites and get a feel for the layout of the city. Biking part is easy, you don’t actually cover much in terms of distance.

Hi Bryan. Thank you for your great review. Although it seems like we do not cover a lot of ground, we actually do, one just does not notices it so much as most of the sights are quite close to each other and we stop quite often to tell you about. things which breaks up the tour. In fact we do sizeable portion of the English Garden and we ride along the Isar River at the back end of the tour so around 10 km in 2,5 hours of riding time is still quite something. Wishing you safe travels.

Tyler was excellent guide with a great knowledge of each focal point. We saw everything from WWII sites, beautiful Cathedrals, and even by the river surfers. It also included a stop at a beer garden for lunch. Very Safe with guide in front and one in the rear.

This is a great way to see some of the old city highlights in a short amount of time. Our guide spoke English well and informed us about each stop/sight. Most of the travel was on dedicated bike lanes or pedestrian areas-Munich is a big bike town.
