If you want to see more of Sonoma beyond the wineries, set off on an open-air adventure through the countryside on a fun and eco-friendly electric trike. Cruise alongside rolling vineyards and orchards on Sonoma's backroads, stopping along the way at both historic sites and culinary destinations. Of course, no day in Sonoma would be complete without wine, so you'll also stop at one or two locally loved wineries for a taste.

We are just off the Sonoma Square. Look for the alley marked 414 which leads to the El Paseo Courtyard. FREE PARKING IS JUST A TWO MINUTE WALK AWAY in the lot behind the barracks, just a two minute walk away from our office.

What To Expect

Explore Sonoma wine country in a different way with this guided electric trike tour. Cover more ground with less effort and see a side of Sonoma most visitors miss.

Meet near Sonoma Square and get set up with your easy-to-operate electric tricycle. Over the next 3 hours, follow your certified guide around town and through the countryside, past vineyards, and over rolling hills.

Stop at the General M.G. Vallejo Home for a short tour of the historic site, then head to the Mission San Francisco Solano, with time to walk inside the mission.

Afterwards, stop at a local winery, such as Three Fat Guys or Sebastiani, for a winery tour or tasting (own expense), with cheese samples from the Vella Cheese Company, which will be the last stop, for a quick visit.

The tour ends back at the starting location in Sonoma.

Wine country on an eCart

If you want a unique way to experience the Sonoma valley, try it on an eCart! Vans are convenient and limos are fancy, but nothing beats having a 360 degree view of the Sonoma valley. Top it off with a knowledgeable tour guide, the camaraderie that you build with your group & excellent wine choices and you end up with a 5-star experience nicely packed into a 3-4hr time window.

We had a great time in Sonoma on our Trike tour with Lynne. The trikes are fun and easy to drive and such a wonderful way to see some of the historic sites around town and also get out into the country a bit to see the breathtaking countryside and vineyards. Lynne was knowledgable and entertaining. I'd highly recommend!

We had a dynamic group of riders! Sitting down with everyone and having the introductions was the highlight. Howard out did himself on this date . He is extremely in tune with the needs of the group. My visiting family loved it!!!

First, the trike is a blast to drive. Very easy to use. The tour guide is local and knowledgeable, going into the history of the area, and more modern interests. The charcuterie was well served with snacks, more than we could eat. Beautiful homes, vineyards, and information where to dine adterwsrdst

My wife and I have been wanting to get back to Napa valley and Sonoma for 30 years . Back when we were in our 50s my wife wanted to do a tandem bicycle tour , As we got older that idea became less and less appealing , Now in our 60s the Electric Trike tour was perfect for us now . So we celebrated my wifes 60th birthday .Our guide Lynn was perfect , She was extremely knowledgeable on the history of Sonoma , super friendly easy going great person to be on a 3hr tour with . Lynn made a picnic basket that had the best food pairings that we had compared to all the other wine tastings we went to . Thank you Lynn for great memories Leon and Cynthia So when I was thinking of where to take her for her 60th birthday Napa was a no brainer .

We (3 sisters + 1 daughter/niece) lucked out with a stunning, clear Fall day in which to enjoy the MOST amazing, fun experience that truly exceeded any expectations. Howard was super, knowledgeable, and a great photographer who navigated a route that, besides scenic, was safe and off the busy streets. Our stops at the Vella Cheese Factory and Sebastiani Tasting room along with the Sonoma vineyard scenery were truly breathtaking. As a proud Sonowoman I will be returning with more family and friends to experience this special one-of-a-kind Sonoma experience.

My 24 year daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour! Lynne was an amazing guide! The bike is easy to learn and drive. We saw sights nearby, sampled cheese from Vella Cheese, went to a state park, drove through a beautiful area with homes and vineyards, and went to Sebastian winery for a tasting. Lynne brought along a whole spread of snacks to accompany our tasting too. The tasting was extra, we knew that in advance. Highly recommend this tour!

Why Not Try a Trike Tour?

Never ridden an electric trike before and it was fun! Got some history of the area, learned some things about wine country and enjoyed a pretty fall day. Our tour guide Melissa was knowledgeable and snuck in a little side trip up the mountain for a fall view that couldn't be beat! Three Fat Guys wine tasting was in a small nice outdoor area and we snuck into the pretty home decor store next door.

Fun trip. It is not a wine tour, so don't expect that. You do visit a winery at the end, but most of the trip is through Sonoma countryside.

Little disappointed in seeing things our guide loved and it going to the 3 winieries
