We pick up anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. We will pick up clients at any location. If you do not see your location listed when you book only type in your pickup location in NOTES. We are located in Napa. All San Francisco pickups will be charged an additional fee because of the excessive time and bridge it takes to travel back and forth from Napa to San Francisco. Other pickups may encounter travel fees as well depending on how long it takes to get to your pickup location.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Pretty expensive Uber!

Pretty expensive Uber basically. No real advice or information. Drivers are non-conversational. No help planning. They were timley with the schedule but I expected more for $550 for the whole day.

This job was not driven by Napa Valley Suv. We were totally overbooked for that particular day and this job was farmed out to another company a week before the tour day. The driver was very timely, but I guess he didn't talk very much. The customer knew that he wasn't driven by Napa Valley Suv but he still posted the review to us.

Gary our driver was amazing! So fun, and took amazing care of us during our wine adventure! He gave us tips and helped with the timing between our wineries. He even gave some great recommendations for fun and beautiful wineries. Would definitely recommend using them!

We had the best time touring the Napa wineries! Beth was our driver and she made the day perfect. She arrived a few minutes early for our pick up and promptly let me know. We were ready to go ahead of schedule and we were off. We were running late to one of our stops and Beth called the winery for our group and notified them we were running behind, I didn't even have to ask. On our way back to the hotel, she suggested the best taco place in Napa and got us in right before closing time. She was so hospitable and friendly, 10/10 service.

Justin was a great driver,told us some history about the area while driving, prompt pick up and comfortable vehicle. My only suggestion to the company would be to only access a fuel surcharge after a certain amount of miles. We only drove approximately 30 minutes and our other stops were practically walking distance so we certainly didn’t use very much gas. Other than that, fabulous time!

good but there's a balance due

This was a good tour! It was easy to communicate with the driver and he was nice / personable. Note that there's a "balance due" of mandatory tip + gas payment which is not mentioned in the Viator description and you find out about upon confirming the itinerary. The driver initially said he'd accept Venmo / Zelle and then later asked for cash. He was fine once I said I didn't have cash and could only Venmo/Zelle as previously discussed, but it was a little annoying when this all could've been handled through viator. 6 hours is also a little short for 3 stops, 7 would have allowed us to have a little more time at each stop, but that's also on us for having 3 stops I guess.

Balance due on the day of the tour is drivers tip and a gas fee. All clients are notified about the fee far in advance of the tour day. TripAdvisor/Viator does not give us clients credit card information, so clients have no financial obligation at all to keep the tour. She could have easily extended her tour. All she had to do was tell her driver that she wanted to extend another hour. Just that simple.

Our family, group of 5 had a great experience touring the wineries with Gary. Every step from booking the different tours to the actual day of the tour, it was made easy by Gary. He knew the area and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using him and will certainly use him again on our next visit.

i paid in full in advance, so i was shocked when the driver arrived and threatened to cancel driving if we didnt pay an additional $200. At that point we had no time to arrange dor another driver, so we had no choice but to pay his scam. The driver ignored his map program using a route that added on thirty minutes to the drive. The driver was rude and threatening with what he said and his tone. i would never use this company again

Yes, there are additional fees added to all wine tasting tours. Please see (What's included/What's excluded) when booking your tour. TripAdvisor/Viator only collects the hourly rate. The add on fees are a driver's tip and a gas fee. It's not $200 dollars. (She fabricated that). The fees are $136 on weekdays and $157 on weekends. We at Napa Valley Suv do not have the clients credit card information. TripAdvisor/Viator does not give us the clients credit card information. We send out our company invoice in advance of the tour day so if clients don't agree with our charges, they have plenty of time to cancel the tour with no financial obligation at all. We always collect the balance at the beginning of the tour as so our drivers will not have to ask clients for credit card information at the end of the tour after clients have been drinking all day. This client was by far the rudest client we have ever encountered. Immediately after she entered the Suv she was yelling and arguing with her mother. She was mad at the driver as well when he tried to collect the balance due. We drove her to the first stop, and we just wanted to terminate the job with a 100% full refund. We just wanted to not have to deal with her.
