Great tour. We’re glad to see a different part of Nashville - east side. We loved all the breweries. Perfect timing between each brewery. We started with the second brewery, then finished the whole loop. A lot of people got off at the first stop, so we’re glad we waited til the second stop. Our driver Mike was great - explained about the tour works, and reminded the bus about the pickup times. We would definitely do it again!

Hi Dona and thanks for leaving your review. Communication to our guests is very important to us and we feel we over communicate to our guests. When guests book this experience we clearly list the following in our description "PLEASE NOTE: We only depart once from downtown each day (Omni Hotel Nashville/5th Ave side) and return several times in the evening." To further communicate with our guests you received an automated text message from us at 9:30am the day of your tour with the same message as well as stop times for each brewery and additional information to help enhance your day on our trolleys. Your party boarded our trolley downtown and went to the first brewery; when we returned to that brewery on schedule you rode around our entire loop and then realized we did not go back downtown immediately. When you communicated this to your driver they understood your concern and broke protocol to take you back downtown immediately when you requested. We feel like we went out of our way to accommodate you as we try to do for every person who wants to experience Music City Brew Hop. We are having a hard time understanding your 1-star review even after going above and beyond for your group and temporarily breaking our business model to accommodate you. We hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Music City, USA.

The Trolley Daniels was right on time! Hopped on downtown and Hopped off at the First stop The Crazy Gnome and 6 more stops from there! All the breweries were different in their own way! Great trip for people who like craft brews. There are no “regular beers” on this tour. All craft. Great food at the stops too!!

The trolly arrived early, Adam was our driver, very informative, and sweet! We met a lot of nice people on our trolley and enjoyed the adventure. The only thing we all pretty much agreed on is, maybe making it only 4 or 5 breweries, as it made for a looong day and most of us(maybe the older ones LOL) we Beer’d out by fourth or fifth. All in all the breweries were all good, some better then others, My fave was Gnome Brewery!
