You must call 24 hours prior to your departure date to confirm. We will pick up from your hotel 2 hours prior to your flight leaving New Orleans. Please advise us on what time you would like us to pick you up from you hotel to return back to MSY airport. Failure to confirm, it will result in nonrefundable transportation transactions.

My group was picked up at hotel to be dropped off at airport. Dwight was our driver and we enjoyed his company, history lessons on NOLA and all around conversation. Just felt like family and good people to be around. Just keep smiling and being you.

They were very curious and helpful. Our flight got delayed due to weather and they had another driver there waiting for us when we landed. Driver was very knowledgeable about the e area and made good recommendations based on things we asked about.

Contacted driver through Viator app the day before to ask what time pick up was, never heard back, had to make other arrangements as no guarantee I would be picked up for airport …. Car did show up after I left for airport although I don’t think there would have been enough time in any event … .and now cannot get a refund.

Tim was at the pickup promptly 5 minutes early and we were unloading at New Orleans’ airport 15 minutes later. They were professional, timely, and provided a great service. Will use them again next Sugar Bowl I attend.

Viator had very nice tours of NOLA including the foodie tour where you sample local favorites, the Swamp Boat tour where you learn alligators eat marshmallows, and the city tour!

They never told us what time to be ready to be picked up. And when I reached out to them for a time, I never received any communication back from them. We ended up canceling, getting a refund, and had to scramble with another mode of transportation.
