None due to the 1st bus breaking down at canal and st Peter's St. Waited about 1 hour for a maintenance mechanic and then for a another bus to come. The went like 8 stops and they had trouble with that bus. We final just walked back to our hotel. Plus the air conditioning was not working in the bottom of the 2nd bus. We only had a 1 day hop on hop off pass. WE DID NOT GET TOUSE THIS PASS! Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I said NO because when I booked the tour, I asked 3 times are we going to be picked up at our hotel. the answer was yes. We had a 12:30 pickup and waited for an hour, no one can. It's when I called back the 4 time, they said they do not pick up at hotels. We had to fine the closes location that they would pick us from. By the time we had lunch and found the bus stop it was the last pick up for stop 6 for the day.

Not happy but love Viator

We hopped on at stop #7 Harrah’s casino, to go around the corner to Cafe Du Monde (according to the map). Instead the bus headed down Canal St. We were on a tight schedule and could not ride around the entire route, we got off at the Hyatt (2 stops later), then called a cab to get back to Decatur St. We never used the Hop on/off after that. As I feel we were mislead on the route, I would like some type of credit since we did not use this service. Thank you, Irene Rodriguez

I am traveling with my husband and our teenager son. We love to do hop on hp off when visiting a new place. It is the best way to get to know your surroundings and to under the size off the city you are in. Our tour guide was wonderful, very informative and pleasant to listen to. Definitely recommend this tour to others
