Debi, the driver was very personable and super nice!! She was great! We only used this service to go from airport to hotel but the ride was smooth and she pointed out all sorts of fun buildings and facts!!

Driver was 30 min late, no communication From carrier prior to arrival even after several emails from me prior. Vehicle cracked windshield and messy interior. Would not recommend.

Driver showed up day early for airport transfer. Company did not confirm repeated requests for verification that would show up on correct date. Had to call upon arrival to obtain transportation. Vehicle was conventional airport transfer van.

2/14/24 Driver didn’t arrive. Pick up information provided when reservation was made, including flight info and arrival time. Three calls to Viator. First call said driver was outside exit 3 in black SUV, and no driver. Follow up call resulted in representative unable to contact operator to provide driver status and email sent. No response to email. Third call, same situation, Representative unable to contact operator, email sent. Requested to cancel reservation, now pending refund.
