No problems getting to hotel. We had some issues with the transfer from hotel to airport. We did make the flight. I was contacted by the owner of Burton the next day and she apologized for any inconveniences and made sure I was pleased with everything. My understanding is that there was a new dispatcher that was causing some miscommunication problems. I will definitely use Burton again and recommend them. Clean vans.

Both of my drivers were wonderful, they were patient, kind, helpful, and on time. My group and I was able to select our choice of music, they gave us suggestions and directions on places to visit. Will definitely book again.

Just disappointed that Viator did not provide all of our information over to the Burton Company when Viator charged my card. Luckily I had to contact the Burton Company the day before and give them the details from the hotel to the cruise line.

I booked this Chauffeur Pick up months before my trip. On the way to our destination one of our flights were slightly delayed. I called the office to let them know and pushed back the collection time by an hour. Once we landed and I switched on my phone I received a message to tell me the Chauffeur had bee cancelled. This was most inconvenient as it was late in the evening and we were a group of 8 who then had to join a very long line for a taxi after traveling for almost 24 hours. The only positive was that they did refund me right away I believe they just couldn't be bothered.

We arrived at the New Orleans airport and our driver called us immediately. He met us in baggage claim and patiently waited while we waited for our luggage. He helped load all of our luggage into the van and took us to our hotel. The entire experience was awesome! There were 12 of us with lots of luggage!

I ordered a shuttle for 11 people….from airport to hotel in New Orleans……..the van only had 10 seats. One woman had to sit on her husband’s lap the whole 30 minutes.. very crowded… one man getting off van (stool was so narrow) fell and bruised his knees and arm… I am not happy (I am traveling with my clients so I witnessed it myself)…
