I was left waiting at the airport for an hour. Thank goodness the other transportation companies were a big help to me by contacting the company to picked up. Also the driver was very apologetic and accommodating once he reached me which was a definite plus.

It's clearly stated in the description of our Airport Shuttle that this is a shared shuttle riding with others. We are sorry you did not read the description or understand it before booking. You also never asked! You were advised at the airport that what you booked for and paid for was a shared transfer. There was no way to accommodate you at that time. our guests who request private transfers contact us and book on our website ahead of time. Please read the description before booking. This review is totally out of context.
