Dear Ms. Kylie,
Thank you for trusting our service for your recent trip in Bali. We deeply apologize if during the dolphin watch with our partner boat driver did not meet your expectations due to the boat try to get as close as possible to the dolphins. The boat driver “did not chase the dolphins”, they are just getting close to them. When you saw them swim fast it is because the dolphins are hunting their morning prey and the boat driver only following them so the people watch them swim and jump on the sea while hunting their food.
We do not touch the dolphins, we do not catch the dolphins, and we do not harm the dolphins by any means. The dolphins are still free in their natural habitat as it is and during the trip we simply following them while they hunting their food.
Hopefully you may understand the situation and once again we do apologize if this is not convenient for you.
Wish you have a great time in Bali and looking forward to drive you again in your future trip in our lovely Bali Island.
Best regards,
Bagus Sudarma
