I’m so sorry that your trip was cancelled due to weather. While we completely understand how disappointing it can be, it is our responsibility as tour operators to not take you out in dangerous conditions. We certainly do not want to cancel and refund all of our bookings! Looking into your reservation I do see that you were able to reschedule for the following day and went on the tour after all. We of course want you to reschedule you as we are in the business of taking people on our tours! I hope that you have a great time in your tour and would consider revising your review. In respect to the 5-7 day period to get a refund, we do not process your payment, it was made to viator. While it can take a few days for credit card refunds to show up on your statement, it is something that is completely out of our control. We initiate the refund immediately after a tour that has been cancelled due to weather, which fortunately is a fairly rare event.
