Please meet us at our boat "Lokahi" located in Kewalo Basin Boat Harbor, Slip B-1. Complete your online waiver prior to arrival and arrive at the boat 15 minutes early as the boat departs at your scheduled time. Parking is limited so we suggest arriving extra early to find a spot or take a taxi.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Snorkeling was great as well as the lily pad and the slide. We had so much fun in the water. During the cruise, we saw turtles, spinner dolphins and whales. Snacks and drinks were unlimited. However, there wasn't a real lunch provided.

The crew was great! Haley, both Nicks and Nate, all amazing and made the trip! We had a good time but we did not see much. The slide was fun but I thought we were snorkling with the turtles, i think it was my mistake, just don't book this tour if you want to swim with turtles! This is not the boat to take!

Seeing all the dolphins and snorkeling with the turtles.. the crew and captain were very knowledgeable and fun to be around made the trip very exciting

Cancelled and just sent a text “water is brown trip is cancelled” as we were on the way to the marina the day of.

I'm so sorry for your frustration. We text messaged and emailed 2 hour prior to your trip that we had to cancel due to the large rainstorm we had the previous day. All of this rain flows into the ocean and created "Brown Water" conditions, or dirty water with debris and bacteria that is not only unsafe to swim in but you cannot see anything snorkeling in water that looks like chocolate milk. Our first boat of the morning went out and had to turn around without putting any guests in the water due to the poor water quality. As soon as this happened we notified the guests on the remaining tours that we were cancelling tours for the rest of the day.
I know that this is frustrating for guests, but we have a responsibility to not put you into conditions that are unsafe. When you book a tour you rely on us to make those decisions for you. We were not the only tour to cancel - all of the Waikiki snorkeling tours cancelled on your day due to poor water quality (known as brown water after a heavy rain). We offered a refund or to take you another day and you accepted the refund.
We are in the business of taking people on our tours; it is how we get income. When we make a decision to cancel we refund all of the income from that day. We make this decision with your best interest in mind and not our bottom line. I hope that others will appreciate a tour operator that puts their safety above making a buck.

We got notified 1 hour before that the trip was cancel. We are still waiting on our refund. They could at least try to rebook it for another day but they did not, and the refund takes 5-7 business days!

I’m so sorry that your trip was cancelled due to weather. While we completely understand how disappointing it can be, it is our responsibility as tour operators to not take you out in dangerous conditions. We certainly do not want to cancel and refund all of our bookings! Looking into your reservation I do see that you were able to reschedule for the following day and went on the tour after all. We of course want you to reschedule you as we are in the business of taking people on our tours! I hope that you have a great time in your tour and would consider revising your review. In respect to the 5-7 day period to get a refund, we do not process your payment, it was made to viator. While it can take a few days for credit card refunds to show up on your statement, it is something that is completely out of our control. We initiate the refund immediately after a tour that has been cancelled due to weather, which fortunately is a fairly rare event.

The staff was amazing, captain Liz and the whole crew Ryland, Nick and Ella were so wonderful, knowledgable and fun! They made sure we were in the best snorkeling spot and we even saw a humpback whale. Slide, trampoline and lily pad lounging were perfect! Fun for the whole family!

Really enjoyed the extra features like the slide and Lili pad. Best part though was how kind the staff was. I was traveling with my special needs daughter and they were very kind offering to help in any way I needed. Really appreciated that.

The water was so blue and the views were spectacular !! Saw a couple sea turtles on our way to the snorkel spot. The crew was so helpful and stayed in the water with us to guide us around. The slide was my favorite part!!! Lanaia brandon nate and 1 more(forgot his name) were awesome!! would definitely do this tour again if i come back to Ohau!
