Great for first timers

The instructor, Faith, gave clear and concise instructions. The class was great for beginners of all swim abilities. We saw a lot of cool things.

We cancelled our Beginner Snorkeling activity because of the unprofessionalism of the “Snorkeling Jnstructors.” I We agreed to change our original time of 2 p.m. to 10 a.m. at their request. No issue with that. However, we were told to meet at Lifeguard Station 1G. We were told not to ask the Lifeguard on duty about the Snorkeling activity because they were working. We saw no defined place to meet. We called the number of the Snorkeling Jnstructors as we were to meet precisely at 9:30 a.m. but we were told the Instructors were scuba diving themselves and once they finished their personal dives they would call us. At 9:15 a.m. we cancelled our activity. This was very poor and unprofessional: no place to meet, they were busy with personal scuba diving and would call us later according to the woman who answered their phone. We walked and walked from a huge parking g lot trying to find Lifeguard Station 1G but there was O DEFINED PLACE TO MEET. We were not going to trust these men with our safety snorkeling if they couldn’t even define a place to meet? We use Viator exclusively in our world travels but this was not up to VIATOR standards IMO.

My daughter and I decided to snorkel for the first time. We literally laughed from the time we got there until the time we took our gear off. Our tour guide was amazing and I'm sure he was worn-out with by the end of our excursion.

They where not clear with instructions the main office is all the way in Puerto Rico so you never talk to them nor get a number. The are not a displayed company so basically under the table. And your in a shallow area the whole time not able to see no fish or anything during the experience

Awesome beginner snorkeling tour!

We had the best time! It is a trip for beginners which we are not so much but we still enjoyed ourselves very much! The instructor noticed that we were slightly advanced and allowed my daughter and I to kinda explore on our own a bit. She did keep checking on us and showing us stuff which was super cool. She was incredibly sweet and really great with my daughter! I highly recommend this tour.

Very good for beginners, Nicholas was very patient with us and our two kids. Everyone had a chance to view some of the corals with the fish and even an octopus hiding in a hole!🙂

My son brought myself, my mom and his girlfriend to Hawaii. My mom wanted to go snorkeling. Lord knows she tried but could not get the hang of it. Alex, our instructor, did an outstanding and patient job with my mom. Could not have asked for a better instructor. He was understanding of her fears. Go see him on your next visit!
