First 2 hours of driving, the driver was yawning a lot

Ixtlán was skipped. I had paid for entrance tickets in advance but driver wasn't notified and so ended up paying entrance fees again. After clarifying the confusion, driver promised to reimburse me at the end but never showed up or followed up.

A different side of Mexico

Javier and Lelio (sp?) were absolutely awesome! It was a small tour but it was me and my partners favorite. Lelio and his family are so welcoming and kind. They have such beautiful artistry and great chocolate! Lelio as the guide was wonderful! He has a lot of knowledge on the fauna and Flora mixed in with family anecdotes. It adds to the charm! Javier is much fun and a great communicator! Felt at ease during the 1hr drive. Such a cool and nice dude!

Very disappointing

I was unable to go on this tour because I received a call the day before and the lady told me that some parts of the tour were unavailable. She asked if I wanted to do something else instead. I said I would rather just cancel and receive a refund because that was the only tour I wanted to go on. She said she would send me a confirmation email. Later she sent me a text saying she had made a mistake and that the tour was actually available. I told her I had already made other plans and still wanted to cancel. She said I wasn’t able to cancel and receive a refund because the tour was available and that she had just made a mistake. I talked to her supervisor and he agreed that a mistake had been made however they were still unable to give me a refund for the tour.

Por la situación de la pandemia Covid-19 tenemos que verificar diariamente la disponibilidad de los servicios, en el momento que se verificó la disponibilidad se le avisó a Ud. que el servicio estaba disponible con la suficiente antelación, lamentamos que Ud. ya tuviera otros planes pero por nuestra parte, lamentablemente el servicio ya no puede ser cancelado y solo es opción de devolución sin Cargos CUANDO EL SERVICIO POR RAZONES DE RESTRCCIONES GUBERNAMENTALES NO SE PUEDA REALIZAR, LO CUAL NO FUE EL CASO. Lamentamos profundamente que no halla querido tomar el servicio.
