This was an amazing experience. Felix was an awesome guide and everything we did was wonderfully fun. The food was great, but seeing the traditional wool dyeing and weaving techniques was a true highlight, something we'll never forget.

Highly recommend taking a cooking class with Senora Dalia. Her history and background of how she became a cook was worth listening to. Very welcoming into her home and her youngest daughter was very accommodating. This is truly a traditional cooking experience that I had.
