    Excellent Tour
    Miroslav_V, Apr 2024
Very nice Tour, much of sightseeing, high professional guide, excellent organisation. Warmly recommended
Your guide and the driver were knowledgeable
    Himanshu_M, Apr 2024
Very good day trip from Oaxaca. They picked us up right from our doorstep but upon returning, they dropped us 15 minutes walk away.
An excellent tour - I highly recommend it.
    Kenneth_G, Apr 2024
Amado was an excellent driver, was highly competent and honest. It was a great tour - everything advertised was included with a perfect amount of time allocated to each stop on the tour. It was a long day - 12 or 13 hours - and it was worth every minute. I definitely recommend this tour.
Full day trip - nature, history, ruins, mezcal
    Aneta_R, Mar 2024
The tour guide was excellent. Really knowledgeable and brought the destinations to life. Mitla and Hierve el Agua are must sees. We would have loved to know the end time of the tour. Didn't arrive back until 730pm.
Overall satisfactory tour - good mix of Nature and History
    Priyanka_G, Mar 2024
First half of the tour was great - the guide was knowledgeable and eager to help, answer all the questions I had and also spoke pretty good English. We saw the Tule tree and visited Mitla archaeological ruins, followed by the handicrafts demonstration which was impressive and then the Mezcal tasting which was fun. However the second half became a little unorganised as the tour guide had to escort back one of the tourists, leaving the rest of the group at mercy of the Spanish speaking driver and a local guide. We had to hike to the dried up limestone waterfalls which was anyway tricky because of the high temperature and with the local guide who wouldn't explain anything in English, navigating the terrain was difficult. Rest, it was a satisfactory tour.
    Wouldn't recommend

Wouldn't recommend. Organisation not great as meeting point unclear and despite arriving early my partner and I were separated on the very cramped minibus and in the worst seats with no chance to sit together over the course of a very long day. The tour tries to fit in too much and some stops are too long e.g. lunch, Tule tree and Hierve el Agua. Didn't get to mezcal tasting til after 6 by which point most just wanted to get back. Lunch buffet was also very poor quality. I'd suggest doing a shorter tour to make it more enjoyable. The tour guide himself was very good though but was only around for just over half the day.
Complete day filled with sights and fun!

Fantastic and completely day. Our guide Miguel Angel was very insightful, patient and friendly. Did every stop worth seeing and at the best price!
    I miss Oaxaca already!
    Elias_H, Dec 2023
Angell, our guide was upbeat and informative literally on Christmas! From the world's widest tree to learning about handmade Zapotec rugs and seeing the history of Mitla, my family and I truly enjoyed our adventures in the Oaxacan countryside. If you want to swim in Hierva al Agua (I did) be warned that it's cold and bring a towel and flip-flops unless you want sandy feet :) Mezcal tasting was fun but it would be nice to visit smaller distilleries so that the tourist dollars are more evenly distributed than these larger tour bus circuit stops. I miss Oaxaca already!
    Great experience

Great staff, really supportive and knowledgeable. They were patient and took the time to explain the different aspects of the tour well
    Fun, but felt rushed
    veronica_u, Dec 2023
The first half of the tour was very informative and felt relaxed (Tule, rug making, and Mitla) The second half felt rushed and the guide didn’t really have much to say about boil the water. We were only there for 1.5 hours, but after using the restroom and walking all the way down to it, felt more like 40 minutes. Wish we were there longer and guide would have talked to us about it. The mezcal tasting was fun. The person that worked there talked to us about the process of making it. If I were to do it again, I would seperate them. Much to see and do!
    A good tour

Boil the water is a great place to visit, our trip was a later in the afternoon and started to get a bit cold ,so unable to dip in the pool. The other visits were good places to stop and capture the history and local traditions being still traded.
    Good value day
    Christopher_G, Nov 2023
Good and affordable tour. The guides at the sites were really good and the sites definitely worth visiting if you have a full day available in Oaxaca. If buffet restaurant is not your thing, byo lunch, because you are taken to a hotel with just the buffet food option (which is the only downside for me).
    Cool tour
    Anna_S, Nov 2023
Awesome tour for you to get to know many of the most important places in Oaxaca, I got to share the tour with awesome people too so I really enjoyed it. I put 4/5 because it didn’t include the fee for every place you went to, but overall it was pretty cool. Much recommended!

It was super smooth and a lot was put in the day. Our guide Angel really was an angel. Very informative and good storytelling. I felt like we had enough time at every stop even though it was short so that we could fit everything in.
    Best tour yet

Really good tour, bring water and hat for the sun..Guide was honest..informational and great...............................two thumbs up
    Bang for the buck
    Susie_C, Aug 2023
This was a looong tour. But it covered a lot and gave an appropriate amount of time at each attraction. The value was great for as much as we saw in a day. Angel was the guide and he is wonderful. Engaging and informative. Speaks both Spanish and English. No food is included but there are stops for lunch at a decent, reasonable buffet and later at a bakery. Would recommend this tour.
    Good times

A full day of activities. Beautiful views, friendly tour guides. We were also picked up by our air bnb which was super convenient
    Good variety of activities
    Chloe_F, May 2023
Was a good tour overall and glad we picked this one. - good variety of activities - comfortable van and good driver - picked us up and dropped us home - loved the rug workshop, so beautiful. - knowledgeable guide Only 4 stars because - mezcal tour was a bit disappointing. - guide for ruins wasn’t very knowledgeable - good spot for lunch Be prepared to pay your entrance around $200 each person.

I would like to begin by saying that the tour guide, Angel, was amazing. He is passionate, knowledgeable and super friendly. 5 stars for him! However, we found the overall tour quite underwhelming. The bus was extremely small. I'm 6'2 and could not fit in the seat without sitting sideways, I was left with lots of body pains at the end of the day. The mezcal tasting was at breakfast time and offered around 8 varieties as opposed to the 25 that were mentioned. The main event, Hierve el Agua, was so busy to the point where you could not get in the hot springs and probably didn't want to with the high numbers or children. So based on this I wouldn't recommend the tour.
Mitla and Hierve el Agua Tour
    Douglas_S, Apr 2023
Mitla, Hierve de Agua, Árbol de Tule, El Rey de Matatlan Mezcaleria, Manos Tejiendo Tapetes, and Panadería Tradicional Yazmín. This tour was very busy and overcrowded at times probably due to it being Semana Santa. All of the stops are very interesting and the guide Angel was well informed and bilingual although at times too soft spoken to be heard by all. One guide was shared between various vans of 22 people and separated from us after the lunch. The driver was then our guide for the last two stops and was an excellent driver and guide. I think everyone felt a lack of organization in managing the large groups from start to finish. Door to door was 13 hours so it was a very long day.
