This trip was so much fun! Karen was a wonderful host with a wealth of knowledge. She made the experience so much fun! The Agave fields are stunning and not to mention the rest of the country side. This tour is worth every penny and time, highly recommend.

This was a fun and memorable day out. I joined as a solo traveler and had a great time. There’s a lot of mezcal to taste, a hearty meal and excellent explanations. I particularly enjoyed our time in the field where we had quite a few laughs!

Now I can be a mezcal snob :)

We had 3 days in oaxaca city so we debated whether we should spend the better portion of a whole day on this trip — I am SO GLAD we did because it was an incredible experience. Alfredo is a wonderful host and human who speaks fluent English and Spanish. Our group was about 10 people who became fast friends after a few shots of mezcal 😂 everything from the scenery to the mezcal to the food was perfect. Definitely eat a big breakfast before your tour as there are no food stops before the mezcal tasting and you will be drinking plenty of amazing mezcal. 10/10 would recommend

Our guide Alfredo was amazing and made our Mezcal tour unforgettable! We learned so much about how mescal is produced from the field to the distillery. We had multiple tastings and a great lunch. Would highly recommend this tour!

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time on this trip. Alfredo and Karen were great hosts - so much fun and so knowledgeable. It was so interesting to learn about how mezcal is made, and the hosts were set on making sure everyone had a good time. Definitely recommend!

The guide was really knowledgeable and open to all questions. Because he lived in the US, the communication was great. We could try as much as we wanted and the variety of Mezcals was great. Great tour, guide (Alfredo) and company. You get in-depth explanation of the mezcal production process starting from agave fields and continuing to 2 artesanal distilleries. Oh, and you also get unlimited mezcal tasting :)

It was a fun day. We spent lots of time learning about the process of mezcal making as well as lots of time tasting mezcal. Our guide, Alfredo, was knowledgeable and very friendly. The lunch we were served was the best meal I've had in Oaxaca.

It was a nice tour, and I’m glad I went. What we saw was great but the guide himself wasn’t awesome. I felt as though he wasn’t prepared or inclined to answer anything other than basic questions about mezcal. Still, it was a very good time.

We had a great time. We tried many different mezcals. There's a huge variety in agaves and mezcals so everyone can find something they like. We tasted raw and cooked agave, saw the process of making mezcal and had a tasty meal at the end. Our guide had great knowledge and had some funny stories.

Had the best day out with Ricardo. Learnt all about the Mezcal process from someone personally involved in the business. Lots of tastings and a delicious lunch at his mother’s restaurant with some great local entertainment. Could not recommend this tour more!
