Loved this trip! Starts with lots of adrenaline pumping yet fun jumps and swim in the Blue Hole and ends with a lovely float down the White river. Our guide on the river was wonderful, Dwight, expert guide with a wonderful attitude. Our driver, Sean, was fantastic, answered lots of questions and was very knowledgeable.

We started out with tubing which was relaxing and exciting at the same time. Our guide made us all feel very comfortable and was great with our 4 year old. We then went on to the blue hold adventure. Our guide there was amazing!!!! He made us all feel very comfortable and safe at all times. He even carried our 4 year old at times so she didn't have to navigate the river on her own. The blue hole was the highlight of our trip to Jamaica. Would definitely do this again!

Can’t miss excursion!

Our driver took great care of all of us day. Coordinated guides at each location and was right there at the end of each activity. We went with a group of 10 and everyone loved each part! We couldn’t decide if tubing or the Blue Hole was better. Both are well worth the trip, don’t miss it!

Jumping off the cliffs...

Jumping off the cliffs and floating down amazing blue water. VERY nice guides! We also loved the place we ate, the food was delicious. The guides were strong and helped guide us through the waters, so I felt safe.

Shaun was a excellent guide, so friendly, 1st stop was the blue hole, we were 1st there, he found a really nice guide to climb us through the jumps, I don’t like high stuff so I didn’t do them but my husband and daughter did, I stuck to the low jumps.. not as daring as them!! Then into the tubing again Shaun found us another nice guide to take us down the river lazing on the tubes, great fun could’ve spent hours there! There was 5 on our trip and we wanted to try jerk chicken so Shaun rang ahead and ordered us some and we had a stop at Linda’s.. great staff, tasty chicken and rum punch.. this isn’t included but we wanted to try it.. had a really nice day, take decent water shoes as there’s a fair bit of climbing over rocks not bad but decent shoes as ours weren’t really that good.

Awesome Tour but Beware

Had a great time with this group. Charles was wonderful and loved the river rafting. Be warned on the Blue Hole. It is quite strenuous with climbing and maneuvering rocks, steps, rapids etc. Must be a strong swimmer for this and not for little kids. It was quite packed and this made it difficult to maneuver over the rocks/hills and string currents. Afterwards went to a jerk restaurant and everyone was beat! This group does a wonderful job and the hole makes Dunns River seem like a kiddy tour!

Authentic Jamaica Experience

Our trip to the Blue hole was a truly authentic experience. The lush landscape and the water was just breath taking. Our guides were awesome telling us about the land and letting us take our time to enjoy all the beauty around us. The jumps were thrilling and the rope swings were fun. We would definitely go again to climb higher up as we couldn’t bc the water was too rapid. The next part we went tubing down the river and oh my goodness what a transcending experience. It was fun, relaxing and just absolutely amazing. Our tour guide Dwight made us feel comfortable and safe, he was funny and really made our trip down the River one that I’ll never forget. (As a side note, my skin felt so amazing after my time in the River) Our driver for the trip, Kenneth, was also amazing. We all felt safe with him and he never left from where we were while we were on the excursions. While we drove through up the mountain, he shared some great history and information about Jamaica, the towns we drove through, and he navigated the mountainside roads like a pro. Afterwards he took us to a great local spot for some authentic Jamaican food that was absolutely delicious. Overall this was an amazing experience from start to finish and I would recommend it to everyone who is looking to experience the real Jamaica. (Side note: the owner Marvyn was also super helpful and responded quickly to my questions. We booked last minute the night before for a 9 am start and he took the time to respond to my text message “after hours” and made it easy to reach out with any other questions.)

Loved the excursion. As promised we were picked up on time and taken to the blue hole and tubing. Our driver from Marvyn's Paradise Tours took care to make sure everything was safe and great. Marvyn himself actually helped resolve days later with our picture order from the blue hole that we had issue with. Thanks for a great trip.

Refreshing an fun!

We had an excellent time. Dalton, our driver, picked us up promptly at our hotel and gave us each a bottle of water. On the way to the blue hole Dalton pointed out various points of interest and cheerfully answered any questions we had. When we arrived, Dalton introduced us to our wonderful guide, Ramon. Ramon took such great care of us during our time at the blue hole. He held my phone the entire time and took excellent pictures of everything we did. I’m so pleased looking over the videos and pictures. I haven’t even looked at all of them because he took so many! I cannot stress enough that our guide made us feel safe and comfortable. He also taught us about various plants in the forest and how the are eaten or used in home remedies. Very cool. I think we were at the blue hole for about an hour. It seemed like we could have stayed as long as we liked. They also have beverages and chicken for purchase if you wanted to chill out for a bit. After we said goodbye to Ramon, Dalton drove us down to the tubing portion of the tour. We also had our own guide for the river. Relaxing and singing we went down the river. Again there was a pit stop for a swim and drink of rum punch. All in all, this was a fantastic excursion away from the hotel. I highly recommend Marvyn’ Paradise Tours, Dalton and Ramon. You won’t be disappointed.

Blue Hole Good for Thrill Seekers; Tubing Very Serene and Relaxing

Dalton, with Marvyn's Paradise Tours, was our favorite guide of all our excursions. He drove us through town, pointing out important landmarks, even gave us a little bit of a history lesson. Regarding the Blue Hole, be prepared to jump! They'll give you a life vest. I believe you can climb the rocks down and swim across if you prefer not to jump. I hit the water wrong and got a huge bruise on my arm, but no big deal. For the river tubing, I was surprised it was just me, my husband, and our guide. He was great and even serenaded us. This was very quiet and relaxing.. I enjoyed it, but I could see it being too boring for thrill seekers. Bring money to tip! I'm not sure if they prefer USD or JMD, but we gave JMD.

Great experience with a great tour company

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and Dalton was a great tour guide. He kept the conversation flowing during the drive to our destinations and had loads of little nuggets of knowledge about the local area. Marlon was our guide at the Blue Hole and he took loads of great pictures and videos of us. He even managed to retrieve my iWatch after it fell off during one of the jumps. Dwight was our guide for the tubing and I highly recommend that you request him.

This was an excellent excursion!! Our driver Kenneth was amazing for the day! We started at Blue Hole and the water and views are breathtaking. We had our own personal guide since it was pretty empty and had the best clay massage under the waterfalls! Our next stop was tubing on the river which was nice and relaxing after the hiking at blue hole. Jamaica had a 2pm curfew on Sunday but we had plenty of time at both locations and made it back to our hotel by 1 pm. Excellent excursion and highly recommended.

Marvins tour was amazing!!! First you go the Blue hole, Spoiler alert! The jumps are amazing and the water is so beautiful! It’s definitely an active activity which I love and then you relax in the tubing setting which has a swing and a deck to jump off. 10/10! -Shy.

River Tubing in Ocho Rios

The River Tubing and Blue Hole excursion was awesome. Scottie, Dwight and Richie did a fantastic job bringing us down the river and my family and my friends family had a great and fun experience.

Now this was an amazing experience. We were picked up from the villa where we stayed while in Ochi, Marvyn’s Tours was very accommodating. They arranged for a driver named Kenneth (who was great to us!) to pick us up from the Villa to our first stop at the blue hole. From there we met Troy, who was our guide at the blue hole. Troy made us feel comfortable and provided a fun experience climbing up and exploring the blue hole. My boyfriend and I were joined by another couple-we climbed the falls a few jumped into the water. It was beautiful. We were there a little over an hour. Next we were driven to White River for tubing. Our tubing guide Dwight, gave us a truly special experience as we floated down the river and relaxed. Overall unforgettable and highly recommended. Thank you
