Good day, we thank you very much for booking with us however unfortunately this guest did not take a tour with us so this review is false/void. We submit all relevant details to port authorities of Jamaica and we the tour operators with 15 other guest waited over 90 minutes on this guest. We called, we message, we viator chat this guest we even contact viator to contact the guest to no avail. We waited over 2 hours on this guest. We purchase port entry ticket, buy gas and pay driver salary for a no show of the guest. We are a reputable company that have been operating for almost 20 years and we are one of the leading tour companies in Jamaica. We have never receive any review of a no show for guest however guest that do party and choose not to come off ship will tend to leave this kind of review which we are unable to control but to share our side. This was all a no show for the guest not because no one was there. Even after we left the port manager was still looking out for guest group to call us however guest did not show up even up till now. We wish we got the opportunity to show you how beautiful our island is.
