Ok the bus is licensed to carry 15 people, we only had 13 guests in that van. The reason why guests were placed with this group, we had to reschedule because of the rain, which was totally understandable by the Guest. Guest complaint about 10mins delay in getting pickup at the horseback. We apologize for this situation as the driver reported they had a slight emergency. Guests saying that the van took off seemed a bit exaggerated.
Another situation was, the host making the mistake of putting two guests on the rafting excursion. Please note this is not a private tour. This is a shared tour which means not everyone is doing the same excursion. Two of our guests didn't book for the rafting but they were mistakenly placed on the raft . Again we apologize for this and suggest that if this happens guests can indicate to the host that they had a different excursion. It was overlooked on the host side but could have easily been fixed. Guests enjoyed the raft but yet compliant about being placed on the raft was a bad situation.
This is contradictory to the aim of the guest. Again we apologize for the whole mistake with the host and the excursion.
we had advised the host not to collect the $80 for the raft and we would cover that expense. Guests complain that they were peer pressured and could not do lunch or shopping as the others didn't book for that, so again we agologize.
This will help us to be informed on tour activities and how to fix each one. So we understand your frustration and we are happy that the excursion was great. So thanks for your feedback.
