The guide and boat tour was extremely cool. We went on the coldest day in Orlando in 4 years and were told it was highly unlikely we would see any Gators. We saw a few.. but the birds and otters we saw along the way made this tour pretty amazing. The zoo animals were cool too as well as the opportunity to feed a few captive gators. I would return to this tour on another visit to Orlando.

We missed the pick up as viator gave use an 8.30am pickup from our location lowes royal pacific which was wrong the pick up was at the lowes royal pacific ballroom at 7.30am. My advice is Book directly with grayline. Grayline gave a 25% refund as a good will viator nothing.

Booked for 08:30hrs, told roughly 4-5 hours which includes travel time (departure and return) and also, the 30 minutes boat activity. Arrived for 08:30hrs, the branch didnt open until 9:00hrs. The prices are almost 65% cheaper when booking directly - we arrived at a branch called Boggy Creek Adventure. The minibuses that take you, are with other inviduals who all have different allocated times for their boat ride. As a result, you have to spend a 2+ hours onsite with absolutely nothing to do waiting for other groups to finish so you can return home. This is not feasible for those with plans in the day. Ended up getting an Uber to return back to my hotel with my group of 6.

SCAM!

This was a scam. We bought tickets for airboat ride through WILD Florida ($70 for 2 tickets) and then saw it was at same place we had already visited so then we found this 3 hour tour ($200 for 2 tickets) so we cancelled and rebooked for this Central Florida everglades tour. We were to arrive at 830am, which we did. Fortunately we followed the bus to the destination. When we arrived at CENTRAL FLORIDA EVERGLADES.....it was actually WILD FLORIDA in which we had cancelled our much cheaper tickets then we were told our 830am tour wouldnt begin until 12:45PM. We had other things scheduled as we thought 3 hours our we would be done by 1130am. Viator/WILD FLORIDA refused refund. TOTAL SCAM!

This was an awesome ride! The boat was just super fun and we got to see a few Gators and some birds out there. Just a fyi you have to or advised to wear the ear muffs as it's noisy without! I highly recommend this tour. We did the hour tour and it was great. Not much else at the park but all in all great morning . Special thanks to Preston our greyline driver. He was really friendly, chatty and guided us really well! Thanks again 😊😊

Taking an air boat ride has been on my bucket list for years. My boys and I decided to make it happen at Wild Florida. The ride was amazing, the park was fun. The boys even got to pet and feed capybaras. Our tour drive Bob made the trip! He was the icing on the cake for this trip. Sign up for this trip and if you get Bob as your driver you are in for a treat!!

It was a very good experience for myself and my family. It was kinda cold that day and because of the weather we didn’t expect to see any alligators. However, we did end up seeing three in all. Our airboat captain was very knowledgeable.

We had an amazing ride there through grey line the driver was very kind and had many fun facts of the area! The airboat captain was very knowledgeable and catered to the groups need by showing us how he knew how to drift the boat per the groups request!

We were really looking forward to the Everglades Tour but I received notification one day before that it was cancelled with no reason given. We were really looking forward to it. We could not reschedule because our days were limited. Very disappointed.

Good morning Diana_G, Unfortunately it was because the radar showed terrible weather for the following day…. The rain didn’t end up hitting the airboat area until 11am, however the forecast had it for the morning time. Sadly Mother Nature is something we cannot control and it has to be safety first. It should have been noted on the cancellation in the system for you to see. Hopefully we can see you again in the future and the rain from this week will stay away more! Tori

Once we got to Wild Florida our Grayline tourguide was helpful and informative. We had to wait 30 minutes later than originally thought to board the airboat which broke up the morning a bit. Saw one gator on the opposite side of the boat but the boat was cool. Glad we did it, don’t know if I’d do it again. Be sure to confirm bus meeting time and location in advance. Our meeting time posted was 8:30, after calling to confirm, I was told 8:10 and the driver was still early to the mtg point and called to make sure we were coming. Probably just a courtesy call but had we planned to arrive at the listed time, we would not have been ready.
