We hardly had anytime to see the exhibits. Visitor should have advised us to get there at recommended time. We just saw Atlantis and missed everything else as we got to KSC by 2.30pm

We got there about 1030am. The first thing that I recommend is the bus tour over to the Apollo center, because they stop the tours at 3pm. We spent about 2 1/2 hours at the Apollo center. It was wonderful. We went to the Atlantis, Gateway and Hall of Fame after that. It was very nice. The Rocket garden was nice. The last thing we did was the NASA gift shop. It is a wonderful way to spend the day.

Watching the Atlantis presentation, no words. It was amazing. The rocket simulator was more intense than I thought. Really felt like I was on an actual rocket taking off.

A 3rd party app that didn't work.

We unknowingly used the Viator app not knowing it was a 3rd party app. We thought we were purchasing tickets from the Space Centre. Our tickets never appeared and we lost approx 2 hrs. waiting in line at the information building for the staff to try to obtain our tickets. It would have been so much easier to have purchased directly from the Space Centre. I don't remember ever seeing that you were a 3rd party. I know from experience, if anything goes wrong, the app rarely stands beside you. A good deal of our day was wasted. The staff eventually got us our tickets after we waiting in line, explained everything, waited for them to figure it out since we did have, at least, a confirmation number. I'm sorry, I won't be using you again.

We were really looking forward to this, however there were a few problems. First, it was December and about 65 degrees outside (and VERY windy) but the air conditioning was on full-blast in every single building and the busses. It was FREEZING everywhere we went. It was hard to enjoy or focus on what you were seeing or reading because it was SO COLD. Even the employees had gloves/hats/coats on inside. The Orbit Cafe was a madhouse for hours. We didn't even go order until after 2pm hoping it would die down but it didn't. Theu have a dozen ordering kiosks but only about 10 people working. Orders were coming in MUCH faster than they were going out. A bad system all-around. We were sad to leave before seeing everything we wanted to but everyone was so freezing cold we just couldn't tolerate it anymore. Kind of a bummer when we paid nearly $500 for our family of 6 to go for the day. :-(

We were unable to go. We both got a terrible cold and sadly had to spend the entire day in bed. Hopefully when we come back next year, we come visit our son in Florida every October, we’ll be able to visit the Space Center at that time.

10/10 would absolutely recommend. Brilliant day out, so much to do and see. Perhaps best to try to buy tickets on the same day rather than ahead one a scheduled launch as one was cancelled the day we booked for.
