Seeing the Shuttle Atlantis was a highlight of the day. Also the Saturn V and Apollo display. Was disappointed that the tour of the VAB and Launch Pads was cancelled. However, understand that it was due to appreciation day for the workers of KSC.

Bait-and-switch

The tour itself was pretty good, but pricey. But I had a terrible bait-and-switch experience with this operator. Before I paid, when I was checking with them before my tour I asked to be picked up at one hotel (Disney) and dropped off at another (Universal). No problem they said. So I let the payment get processed. After the payment when they called me to let me know the pick up time they said they would not drop me off at my Universal hotel. (Google maps told me it was 7 min further.) Also if I cancel at this point, I would get no refund. So not a good surprise. Driver did not seem to care at all. I'M NOT GOING TO UNIVERSAL he barked at me. So I think I will never book with them again. I only rated it as high as I did because KSC was quite good. The tour operator gets a zero in my opinion.

Amazing place to experience. Would recommend the special interests tour to be able to experience the whole centre in its entirety. It was an excellent tour.

Was expecting more. A Bus takes you to the Kennedy Space Center, you get the entries, a breakfast bag (no vegetarian option), lunch coupons and the explorer tour tickets. You return to the bus at 16:30. You’d get exactly the same at 2/3 price by going there yourself by Uber.

KSC VIP EXPERIENCE

Fabulous trip and would highly recommend aspects of it. Our Greyline driver Greg was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained on the trip to and from the KSC. He gave us some good tips on what to see and where to get lunch. Ken the KSC Explorer guide was brilliant in delivery of all the facts about KSC. KSC itself was well structed with lots to see and do in the time provided. Only downside for us was the Greyline bus which given this was a VIP tour was very small and the air conditioning did not function well. It left you with very little room to enjoy the included breakfast.

Mis-sold as VIP, this is NOT a VIP experience for the money! They use a third party (Grays Line) which is awful! Book directly yourself for less that half the cost.

We are unable to fault the Kennedy Space Centre Experience however we had a few small little issues with the set up of the tour. The tour is stated as providing an elevated experience giving more time to enjoy the space centre. In reality we arrived for opening and left at approximately 16:30 which is 1hr and 30mins prior to closing and before most other tours. Prior to departure when confirming times that we would depart at 17:00 but this did not happen. The Explore tour that was provided in replacement of the guided tour, this was a welcome addition providing a great insight into the centre. Be advised that the tour operates at 10:30 and takes 2 hours. It would have been great to have this tour slightly earlier to maximise time within the centre as their is a lot to see and do. We cannot fault the driver although he did forget to provide both breakfast and bottled water this was refitted upon our return to the bus.
