        They never showed up... Waited for 1.5hrs... Tried to ring them numerous times no snswer... Still waiting for a credit

        Dear Carolyn, Thank you very much for your review and our sincere apologies for the inconvenient. 1.) we already requested Viator to fully refund you. 2.) we already blocked the booking on April 4 long time ago but this booking still went through so we also don't understand from our side 3.) This booking was made on April 4, 2024 at 09:41 AM for the tour to start at 10:00 AM on the same day Since we already blocked our booking long time ago as mentioned on number 2.) above, we did not even notice this one.
