In the event of rain, the rickshaw ride will be changed to a regular walking tour. Please note that the rickshaw ride fee is not refundable even if the tour is changed to a walking tour because of the package price.

If you are traveling with an infant, please inform us at the time of reservation so that we can prepare a child seat in the cab.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
