The driver was very good, we reached El Nido safely. Initial part of the drive he was driving very fast like more than 100 km/hr, but later in the drive he became slow. We landed half an hour early at Puerto princesa and the driver was already there. We started on before time and reached within 5 hours. We stopped for 15 min for dinner.

After an early setback due to flight cancellation because of a tropical storm and having to take a detour in Puerto Princesa to reach my hotel in El Nido our rented private van driver got us there in one piece and ease my mind off from missing additional days on my already paid hotel reservation.

Our drivers main concern was getting there in a timely fashion and safely. There were minimal stops. The drive was very RAPID. If I were to give any constructive criticism… I wish the Van (seats and leg room) were more comfortable for that lengthy of a ride.

We were met at the airport and delivered to our hotel in El Nido in an efficient manner. We had a meal break plus toilet stops on what is quite a long the journey (we knew this beforehand).
There were 4 of us travelling and it was really good not having to wait for the bus.
